You open a ticket, send the car to your other account, then reload your save.👍

If you had the ticket on an alternate account, you could back up the save, send the ticket, reload the ticket, on your main account after you receive the ticket, back up your save, open ticket, not what you want, load your save till you get the car of your dreams.
