Question: The only spec in the OP is power and weight (no specific parts), so is the idea that you add all available parts then limit and add ballast to reach spec?

Right. Still contemplating entering a GT or GT-R, but as I said. The time's a bit iffy. 👍
GT is significantly faster. (33.4 vs 34.3 @Fuji GT.)

Yeah, tried everything from super grippy tunes with a slight understeer to oversteery ones that are better in the faster corners but it makes no difference in lap time.

Ford Monza straight 182mph Nissan 176mph no tune makes up for that imo.

Ford has always been massively quick when compared to similar cars, in Dax's GT series it was a good 50hp down on the others to get it level.
