Hello everyone.

Atheists often cite that the Judeo-Christian God is often heartless and cruel because he has killed so many innocent people during the past. But is it possible that the intellectual difference between God and humanity is so great that God views humans as being disposable commodities? I mean, from a human perspective, lab rats are created and discarded at the whim of their masters.

God is often portrayed as having infinite intelligence. God would probably consider himself as being much more superior than a human. However, humans consider themselves as being much more superior than say, a lab rat or an amoeba. The difference in intelligence between ourselves and other animals justify the killing of these animals. Maybe the difference in intelligence between God and humans can justify the pain and suffering that God has inflicted upon humanity. This includes things such as viruses, deadly diseases, and genetic deformities. Maybe God has the "right" to cause our species so much pain and suffering.

I do not believe in God but it is an interesting thought.

I missed the Futurama episode where they say if robots have a god or not.
