Got a copy of GT6, ask questions here

What kind of wheel were you using FFB settings?
I know my wheel snaps back very nicely all I have to do is release some grip as I exit the corner and it comes back toward center. I did notice that with the DFGT that if the FFB was not all the way up on some corners it would not return fast enough but I do not remember having that issue with the Fanatec wheel and even with the dfgt it was only a factor on a couple of tracks.

As for wheel lock, The fanatec wheels have that on the wheel and you can adjust it as you please.

Shift II on the other hand was likely the worst game I have ever played with a wheel. Or at least the 360 version was. FFB was absolutely horrible on that game.
Yeah, it was a DFGT wheel. Yeah I could do it, but I resented doing it when I know in a real car I just need to let go of wheel and it self corrects. Either I missed a setup option somehow or I'll just put my big boy pants on and master self counter steer if you all were doing it. I guess I'll still buy it, at least shadows are better and not every turn is tighter than a hairpin. See you all online!

Thank you OP for taking the time to share with us today. Additional thanks to the others who piped in as well. Definitely enjoyed scrolling through this thread and trying to keep up, even with all the other Thanksgiving and family madness. One more week!!!

On engineering both cars are different. No ideas were carried from the Supra to the LFA. Point out ONE thing that these cars have in common besides the manufacture? @TheeFrogmanlego @sparkytooth

So... Impreza WRC 2008 is in game! So, it's highly feasible that other WRC cars from GT5 are in GT6.

They are there, also the 2010 and 2011 NASCAR cars have been removed, proof was BHR's dealership video.

both are FR lol. But the Supra is my favorite, I was hoping for a premium, especially since the 3rd gen is already a premium -_- I like to think of the LFA as a taste of a modern Supra, not exactly one but kinda gives a taste. A modern Supra would probably still have an inline 6 (maybe something similar to that in the new M4, who knows BMW and Toyota are collaborating right now o.O) The LFA is too rare, while the Supra was much more mass produced and more obtainable/affordable to the public.

Also on the note of someone saying something about a Lexus Supra, Lexus SC300 :D

I think Boabdulrahman has the game already because, himself or his father own a video game store in Kuwait. They probably have this early also because of shipping reason. Anyway stores in Canada and the US get the games a couple of days before the release date. Someone at GameStop or eb games in Canada told me, the bigger the title is the earlier they get the copies to prepare in advance of the release date.

Their similarity to the 2000GT. LFA shares very striking similarities to the 2000GT due to why it was built, who was involved (Toyota and Yamaha were involved in both machines), their supreme attention to detail. Toyota didn't even turn a profit from either project. The Supra hails from this 2000GT in a more direct way, the first three gens even had an engine descending from the old 2000GT, it also borrowed various elements in it's design and was essentially a Sporting Grand Tourer like the 2000GT was before it. All three are essentially Sporting Grand Tourers, or dare I say it.... Supercars. I see why Kaz has all three around in GT. No matter what people think, the LFA remains the V10 Supra in my heart (Out of affection, not out of disrespect as I used to love the Supra), regardless of it having a different badge and name slapped on. This machine essentially continues Toyota's tradition of colouring the beige, carried on through generations of GT cars which these machines are the most prominent of :D

this is where they meet between the lines

I just got an idea for my final photoshoot in GT5 :D

And we should get back on topic.

Could you check the Toyota dealership please? There's an 86 listed as "racing" in the official car list but I can't imagine what it is.
I'm thinking you were asking about this one, in the bottom left corner?

Buying this game is kind of like buying a new Madden/CoD

Not much is different, but I still want to support PD, and I have to buy this game anyway to continue playing with the majority of people online.
