What the heck was that? Anita Dick here, reporter for Inside ARL - I’ve been trying to track down the mysteriously missing driver, BPeacock27 – I think I found him…no surprise, at the local pub, not far from the Panorama paddock.
AD – Peacock! Get off the floor!
BP – (opens one eye) ??? (and then closes it)
AD - Peacock! Get up!
Peacock, known for his drunkenness around the paddock and surrounding bars, manages to get on one elbow on the floor…..appears to be the best he can do.
BP – for chr*st’s sake what now Anita?
AD- you’ve been quiet so far this season, not racing, not around the paddock, no arrogant quotes, not holding last spot on the grid……TOTALLY unlike you.
BP – let’s just say rehab isn’t all it cracked up to be…...
AD – and apparently not very effective either…..so….what do you think about the recent chatter and smack talk as seen on the GR3 thread lately?
BP – lets see…so far I’ve seen a group of Lucifer wanna be’s and the beelzebubs (sounds like a 70’s rock band) , professional bull riders (isn’t that what pbr stands for? He slurs....), i don't even know who Johnny Kaw is (must be a 'merican thing) and something about covering your meat in maple syrup….('nuff said). Things have apparently gone to hell since I’ve left….
AD - So what brings you all the way to Austrailia - Any plans for you to return at some point? (AD spies the PMS Racing logo on his racing suit).
BP - hey did you know when you get 'the spins' in Austrailia that the world spins the opposite way? must be the Aussie beer.....
AD - focus peacock, a return?
BP – well for now it’ll be in Gr4….until I get cleared for GR3 hopefully the latter part of this coming season.
AD – so whats the logo on your suit….PMS Racing – where’d that come from? Never heard of them.
BP - well everyone else has a goofy team name so to be part of the cool crowd I thought I’d start a one car shop….
AD - who you kidding Peacock, the truth is no one wants you….
BP – that is a possibility….that and rehab won’t clear me for GR3 until later in season 12…early October...so I'm runnin' PMS in GR4 this season as a team test for potentially getting back into GR3.
AD – PMS Racing….so there you have it – yet another team. Sad part is, I don’t think Peacock realizes there’s no teams in GR4….kinda sad really….alcohol is a terrible thing.
BP - I heard that! Let’s just say there’s a team in GR4 now. PMS – PEACOCK MOTOR SPORTS – LOOK OUT BITCHES..first GR4 then full time in GR3 season 13!

Indeed. I am looking forward to it. All these goofy teams of drivers and most of us are close in competition. It should be fun.

I just want to send a thanks to everyone for making a true rooky feel welcome. Also want to especially thank Syd for taking me as a team member, Adden, Triebs, Pa and Pig for the late night laps and coaching. You guys are great. Looking forward to my first full season with you all.

I'm going to make a sincere effort to make more races next season. If there are any other part timers that want to team up to see if we can not finish last while only making a fraction of the schedule let me know. Could put some pressure on people to not get beat by the mediocre part timers if we stumble upon a few good results.
