Gran Turismo 5 Full Game Footage/Images

Im sooo excited for GT5, we've waited a couple of years hehe and it will be awesome!

RDK said he has GT5 INSTALLED ON HIS HDD. From the news I read about the HDD install its 10gb.

10Gb sounds to me like a partial install. Im hoping for those who have a bigger HDD can do a full install.

Have to say im very confused because I heard the actual contents of GT5 is 78GB but of course it can't be because GT5 comes on 1 disc!

If it is anything like the install for psp the load times should be greatly reduced if you do the install.

Veyron has some cleaned up textures like the line around the window frames, but the geometry of the wheel arches and the rest look the same as the PSP menu model.
It looks very similar to the detail in Criterion's new Need for Speed game actually.

Is damage the same we've seen from tekken/RDK?

No. We have threads on Forza vs GT that are more suited to posts like that. This is a GT5 only thread.

That white sticker is my worst nightmare, it can be found on ALL PS3 games released in this region.

I only had time to try the Arcade mode and some licence tests, so i cant really tell anything about the damage yet.

There sure will and from one picture I have seen it is very realistic where sometimes the backfire wont always come out of all exhausts. I cant remember which picture I saw it on , but a car had the two exhausts with the backfire coming out just one of the two exhausts. This sometimes happens in real cars too,

looks like we have 2 types then a premium,a sub -premium(Veyron) and a standard (Micra).

Yeah I remember that, it was in the day/night nurb video with the GT500 cars, the GTR bottomed out, causing sparks to fly out the bottom, and the exhaust popped at the same time but one exhaust only gave out a little pop .

There were moments in that video where I struggled to tell it wasn't real.

He said he only had time to try Arcade mode - so nothing much happens when you crash into a car or wall....

The thing that surprises me is how many people seem to only use Arcade mode - so far it seems 100% of the people with GT5 early copies just use Arcade mode.... Weird.
