And the GT-R tops out a what speed? The veyron looks the way it does cause it likely has to in order to do the things it can do. Pretty simple.

And how long does it take for the Veyron to top out?

And i should have included production car in my post. :guilty:
The Veyron Super Sport is not the most powerful production car or fastest.

I'm not sure how that is relevant to anything but it's miles to top it out.
Let's say that skyline tops out at 210, if the veyron topped out at 210 do you think it would also take it miles?
ANy moron can put a giant turbo on a car(hell, I've done it) and have 1500hp at 10000 rpm. Having usable power to drive it every day is a different story.

The Veyron is not the most powerful production car or fastest.

Actually it's the Veyron SS.

Skyline is lighter than the Veyron... You know that, right?

The Bugatti is actually a really high quality standard car judging by the pictures. The only reason it isn't premium is probably because of damage. 👍

If you've ever played NFS Undercover, you'd know it has a nasty (visual) damage model. Hoods pop up and fly away, bumpers break off, the surviving panels get royally mangled. Bugatti let them give it the full damage treatment. I see no reason why they'd do something different with GT.

And that still doesn't explain the standard Countaches.

You are way off, that is an est top speed, it hasn't even broke 270 yet.

The results of this test, verified by Guinness World Records on October 9, 2007, gave the SSC Ultimate Aero the title of world's fastest production car, with a top speed of 412.28 km/h (256.18 mph)

The car's record was broken on July 4, 2010 by the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, which reached a certified top speed of 431.072 km/h (267.86 mph)

And it only beat the old veyron by 1.4 mph (non SS version) regardless of the "which car is the best in the world" there is no best, only preference, and that's what GT is about, or we wouldn't have the schwimmwagen and stuff like that in our series. I personally do like the veyron to an extent, I recognize it enough to see that it has a FULL interior vs the aero's racing gutted interior (it's not completely gutted) but the point of the veyron was to push things outside the envelope on a transmission that can last 250k miles and do what it does being as heavy as it is with a full luxury interior.

now all that aside, we have an awesome game. standards or not, you can tell the new standards have been modeled very well, minus a cockpit view.

I can say knowing how far current consoles can be pushed, and what they have in them, and disc space and usage and everything else of the sort, we have a pretty jam packed game. and I know we'll all have a blast online, especially with all the new functions of the private rooms etc.

Accept the SCC's actual top speed isn't 270mph...more like 250mph. That's the thing: car makers have always liked to exaggerate their car's feats. Now, the SCC maybe able to hit 270 on paper, but reality is a different story.

You are also way off. That car tested is an older car

The new version known as 2009 SSC Ultimate Aero has been modified where some changes have been added to the exteriors, interiors, and the increase of horsepower about 15%. The most important change is the single piece aluminum block engine that improves the oiling capabilities and structure of the engine, so that the SSC Ultimate Aero produces an output of about 1287 horsepower.

Wait wait wait waaaaaaaaaaait waitwaitwaitwait. So Seina or whatever got taken out? What the...?

Sorry for being late but it just hit me, too many people are whining about it for it not to be true :banghead:
