Sony (Playstation Network) sent out email tonight "introducing" Gran Turismo PSP. I see this as just another little sign that info on GT5 is soon to come. I'd like to say immanent, but not yet.

What did it say? Any day of release info?
I know I sound optimistic but I hope the game is released during the summer. I'll have a full month to play it. That would be fantastic.
 
Haha I just went to game mania to pre-order GT mobile...
and I asked for Gran Turismo 5..
They guy looked in his computer and it said 25 september...
I asked him : ,,Yes, but that's all speculation isn't it?"
he said :,,No, If it's in the computer, it's the date. It's just possible that they move it back in september, but that's the release date we got"
Haha I don't really believe him, but okay.. thought I should share.
 
Just please release it already....i cant wait any longer! GT, uncharted and MAG sounds like a great exclusive strategy to me, that way they have major genres coovered in term of exclusives for xmas..

Well it is something to hope for... anyway, People at game are expecting it to hit the UK around the 25th December 2009. I think it will be about January or February 2010.

I have also read up on the PSP version through a website, that you will be able to continue where you left off on your PS3 either by the World Wide Web (Remote Play) or by transfering the game data by USB to your PSP. If someone can try and confirm this for me as i don't know if to believe this or not. To me it sounds too good to be true.

P.S Gutted that The Stig user name is taken as people at work call it me. lol
and i will get my PlayStation Network name up as soon as i can sort my internet out (on a Pay As You Go dongle at the min.)
 
Ah man.. i come in here seeing this thread being updated.. and im all excited as i enter the thread thinking "finally a release date? finally!?".

And what do i get? pics of facepalms... sigh.

Where's a facepalm pic when you need one?... ;)
 
Stuff that. That's rubbish. I'm not waiting that long and theres no news coming out because they keep it all hush hush. and TGS isn't til September. Im hoping a load of new info comes out then during TGS, even if its screen shots or a car list. and by that I mean a proper official car list.

Why can't they just speed the process up a bit, yeah!?
 
Actually, the Release Date for Amazon its a realist one, I feel that GT5 will be around November/December this year, but its just my opinion.
