2009/Christmas 2009 is not a date. And things changed lately for some reason.Just because it's an old article doesn't change the fact that James Armstrong, (Sony's chief executive) gave a date.

A difference of 90 days... so what? I repeat, those were statements of march 2008, anything can change in a year and a half.Christmas 2009 sure isn't March 2010.

Christmas 2009 sure isn't March 2010.
No wonder it's not ready yet.

From the G4TV hands-on…
"… it seems like Polyphony Digital is finally getting the game together for a March 2010 release in North America, Japan, and Europe."
"Lose a fender or door, and it will lay in the track – damaging other cars that run into it."
"Series creator Kazunori Yamauchi says that there will be even more features in the game revealed later, including PlayStation Eye camera support. Sweet!"
Sweet indeed.
No wonder it's not ready yet.

Thanks for that Jay, I wasn't just seeing things with all the excitement running through my head!!
If anyone is still around in Tokyo tomorrow give me a shout, I was thinking of heading over to Asakusa....
No wonder it's not ready yet.

I see a G27 box on the floor

its not the 458 as the interior is different-as i said above if you look closely it looks like a 599 but i could be an f430 or just to add some speculation a 430 scuderia!!

458 Italia @ Nordschleife, with the brand new G27...
Right
They have a freaking hotel attached for employees. Insane
Actually, didn't he get up on stage and talk about how the new Photo Mode was the coolest thing to ever come to a driving game, or words to that effect?Well, it's clear the major advancement was referring to the playable demo with the damage taking place on road cars.
It's not a G27... It's got that little Red dial thingy on it - which I think makes it a "GT Driving Force Pro"...
The G27 might still be in it's box... or on the next desk over!?
If I worked for PD - I'm not sure I would go home at night!!!

Maybe that's what he was talking about when he told us to expect a "major advancement."
Actually, a lot of them don't.If I worked for PD - I'm not sure I would go home at night!!!
Well, if they look anything like thisHmm... I'm excited to see what makes this new photomode so great...
I am amazed how you can spot a prancing horse in a jumble of 15 black/blueish pixels.
No wonder it's not ready yet.
