Every car i have with racing hards tires becoming garbage. Maybe i should use the tcs 5 method to protect tires lol. Talking bout crap? In last second to last update they changed the tire behavior. It was easily lasting 5 6 laps and now only 2. You either not playing the same game, or giving signals in every turn and driving like there is a baby in the car. And yeah my setups are garbage. I can easily win every race even if i had to go pit in 4 times a race. Lol. Guess you can do this with one pit.
I can do this with 0 pits if it does not rain, normally I do 1 pit where I will either go to inters or full wets which I can take to the end, on lap 7 it is dry that the inters or wets get shredded, if I decide to do a 2 stopper, i pit at the end of lap 5, go to slicks and top up the tank and go ape with 0 thoughts about tire management or fuel management.
I use TSC1
I can take the S15 Gr4 to lap 7 on hards and no stopping for fuel, Assuming no rain
Barring any rain which normally happens around lap 3 to 4. you can do the entire 30min on hards.
Don't forget Circuit De La Sarthe is a high speed track, the only time the tires wear is braking, accelerating and mainly the few high speed corners like porsche curves.
Common break down of this race
Lap 1 dry 100% of the time.
Lap 2 dry 90% of the time.
Lap 3 dry 75% of the time, rain will normally fall towards the end of this lap if it does rain
Lap 4 dry 40% of the time, if rain may start around Indianapolis or Porsche curves.
Lap 5 dry 20% of the time, watch the radar, if rain is to fall, it will come in hard and fast, if it has rained good time to pit in for slicks even if track is still a bit damp, use this time to get a good undercut on the Ai which will pit at the end of lap 6
Lap 6 dry 60% of the time, at this stage it is normally a bit sunny, stupid Ai pits in at this stage, yet if the Ai knew how to fuel manage they could do the next lap with ease.
Lap 7: dry 95% of the time, if you have enough fuel and slicks, gun it and make a flying lap for the fun of it.
Yes, I do miss the older update where I could do the entire Spa 1hr enduro on hards(yes, I have done this due to no rain)
Edit:
Just done a race with my S15 Gr4, 0 pit stops and still have about 35% life left in tires.
