If I recall correctly, in real life the Ferrari 488 could be turned into either its GT3 or GTE spec with a bolt-on kit, which is one reason why it was so popular to use in WEC back in the day.

If a 488 racecar ends up being added, I wonder if it will have different aero parts in GT Auto to achieve the same thing as the real car.

The Audi R8 LMS Evo has something similar already, where you can change it to Evo 2 spec with GT Auto aero parts.
I wish more race cars had those unique parts

Worth noting :

Aston Martin Vantage GT3 / GTE was the same, it could change on the fly like 488. So another car that I’d like to see in GT7 to replace the really old 2012 spec…with either GTE or GT3 spec areo.

If there is one thing I'd really want just as a QOL change is I'd like more choice in onboard views like I have with Dirt Rally or Grid Legends. Never had a game where I exclusively played cockpit view before until those two because beforehand I never found Any cockpit view from any game all that comfortable.

I think it would be better with this:

ACC and Forza already has this...
I don't understand why GT can't get this....??
Are they still working on the details of the tire valve cap ?

I prefer the looks of 812 to be honest

In other news, it seems the Montreal live event has sold out, according to the tab on the GT7 main menu

This can only mean ONE thing:

The Montreal event is sold out…
A car that often sells out is the Porsche 911 GT3 RS…
Another car that shares the RS-name is the Ford Escort RS2000…
Richard Gere picks up an ”escort” in Pretty Woman…
…in his Lotus Esprit…
=Yeah baby, Lotus confirmed for GT7 😎

Usually by now there is a server update/offline notice. I'm now fairly certain there won't be an update this week, and it'll be a early July update.

Which I actually think is a good thing, because it means there's greater likelihood of something bigger than usual coming.

Shouldn’t be there any update notice for 27 June?

I am starting to think this could be „early” july update.
Technically the update notice usually appears on the Tuesday or Wednesday so I think there's still time for this week, with the live event being next weekend I cannot see PD wanting to roll out an update the same week.

Last year we got an update same week as a live event.

An update could still happen its not out of the window yet.

Why is that?
Most of the staff will be in attendance at the live event to ensure that there are no issues with the game etc during the live event so I would think that rolling out an update whilst it would be doable should there be issues or errors that result from that event it would lead to longer resolution time due to limited staff at the offices.

It's just my thoughts though, we should know for sure in the next couple of days.
