I don't see what's so clear about it, because it depends on the model of race suit they wear, especially if they wear it loose.

The Avatar itself isn't exactly wearing a "Loose" suit, its a suit specifically tailored to a male body as the likes of Alpinestars, Sparco, Puma and HRX would do for that particular driver (and likewise would do so for a Female body).

While not all bodies are the same as there are some "absolute units" (Just look at Nascar for many examples of that), you can clearly see the driver avatar leans way more in the direction of an average male body.

Why is there no ponytail option for the helmet?

Approx. 1/16 of the World Finalists had a ponytail.

Girls could use it too or whatever.

Why would you release an update that prevents people from playing the game early? For that matter, why would you relegate reviews to two days before it releases?

Sony is doing more and more by the day that's a little too similar to the PS3 days when they were up their own arse.

Is sad to see gran turismo has been turn into a DRM game.

How is justps2games still streaming while connected online if there was a patch to prevent early players from playing?

Because clearly there wasn't. One person is seemingly just having issues with it, put 2 and 2 together and got 5. Corrupt download or something maybe for that one person.

If PD were going to block the game (and they wouldn't, it's pointless) they wouldn't do it by forcing a generic Playstation error message.

Half the game? 😂 A mainline Gran Turismo game is 50/50 online Vs single player? No.

Gran Turismo Sport, which launched without any single player campaign, fine, I get the online trophies because it's an online focussed game. GT7, isn't, it has online modes yes, but it is, at its core, a single player experience. Like all other numbered Gran Turismo titles before it.

Players who dedicate time to playing the core experience of the game should be able to achieve platinum completion without being forced

Review embargoes do have a rationale; they create a level playing field among news outlets and try to make it so no news agency has to rush their review (and screw it up) to keep up with other sites.

Oh I'm well aware. The issue, if you want to refer to it as such, is the embargo lifting two days before its release. Not four or five as is more or less the norm, but such a short amount of time that would cause people to immediately think "Well there must be something wrong here."

I'm pretty sure a dozen or so people expressed that sentiment here. I could give a few reasons why they're cutting it so close but optics are everything, especially for video games. There's no real gestation period, it's more or less "Here's our review, now go buy the game!"

Don't misunderstand, it's not something I'm particularly bothered by one way or the other, but I've seen this happen more than a few times and the reactions are almost always the same.
