I'm interested in how it is from the single player career point of view. And by the sounds of it, the answer is it's poor.

Will probably have to wait for player reviews to get the truth about this game, like Forza Horizon 5. Most of the professional reviews will just praise it as usual.

It can be observed that the game is a mediocre effort, not much different from GT Sport.

From a Japanese article. Look at this De Lorean...
And there's a reference to Back to the Future.

Wait, how did you get those first 4 cars as add-ons? They aren’t listed for the digital deluxe or as pre-order bonuses?
Your not the only one who cant see them,im the same.Nothing showing on my os5.A few people have said i can find them in my downliads on library.playstation.com but i posted screenshots showing nothing.
Should be ok on release day, they do show up on the ps4 version i download on my pro though.👍

I think your post is a mediocre effeort at getting attention.

Because factually you are straight up wrong.

Basic game is exactly the same. Tweaks to physics aside, it's the same game as GT Sport. Same AI, same rolling starts. Same graphics (essentially). They've added some cars and tracks. Career mode (the staple of GT) is mediocre and stale. I guess if people keep praising mediocrity, we'll keep being served it.

Very excited! I do have my disappointment with another poor livery editor that's designed for skill with SVG files over creativity, and GT5 and 6 having way better online options for races. But I'm so excited to play. I'm not too upset with the AI, and even if it never gets patched I'll still enjoy it.

Excited for Friday!!

You´re doing it again.

Watching Super GT review, why did he just simply skipped the penalty system in the review? He just said that it's hard to judge how will they be instead of actually judging based on how they are or were when he tested it. WTF?! And it looked like the latest iteration of penalties from GTS - so really bad.

Some medium called GamingBolt gave it a 10 and concluded with calling it “a triumph for racing games”. That’s great, but I wonder how they experienced the AI. 🤔

No, put the better AI back in there. The abysmal AI is without a doubt the biggest flaw of the game.
Having a car selection in Arcade Mode (also Time Trials and Custom Races) just like in GT4 (where in theory, you can have all the cars in the game available as rental cars once you've collected a majority of the cars in the Simulation Mode at least once) is far better than improving the AI.

It is so unfortunate the AI and offline racing experience isn't better. If it was, it really would be a 10/10 game, in my opinion.
For a person who mostly does online racing in the GTP league section I think this might be a 10 for me! I’m hoping they can add the new AI in a future update so everyone can get that great racing experience!!!

What's the point of collecting cars when they are all served in a platter on the Arcade Mode? Wouldn't that spoil what is essentially the bread and butter of GT - working your way up and saving for the cars you want?

Having seen the stream, the AI needs to be reworked.

But maybe for you, it is enjoyable beating mediocre AI in Racing Super Softs.

I won't be able to watch it for a few hours yet but was he even able to go online?
