One funny thing about this game is that in its description on the PSN store it says you can sell cars. 🤦‍♂️

A bit of a lie there, Sony.

I have a Fanatec CSW v2.5 along with matching pedals and shifter for my PC sim rig. Is it worth it to get a drivehub right now or wait? Reading mixed responses of people saying it doesn't work DH is aware of issue and releasing update soon and some people saying it works fine?

It seems your results may vary. I play GT7 with a Fanatec CSW V2 and my DriveHub works right out of the gate with no issues. Just make sure you get the Hori Minipad PS4 controller as well.

YES, this i miss absolutely, too…
Why I can’t sell my cars like in Forza to player base or buy customized cars from another players! Think they want only to sell their microtransactions..

When you get a 5 star roulette ticket for your daily workout and proceed to get a invite to buy the pagani huayra a car of which I already own -_- pain. Car purchase invitations shouldn’t be a thing.
I think invitations would be fine if:
  1. They don't expire
  2. You can buy as many as you want once you get the invitation
  3. They have fixed requirements to get the invitation (e.g. win a certain number of races, drive a certain distance, own x cars from the same manufacturer)
As they are now they are a horrible idea in my opinion.

Hi all. Has anyone done any endurance races yet? I've done a couple of 3 hour races in Custom Race Mode but I wonder if anyone has braved out a 24 hour race.

I personally love the long races and I would like to know how the dynamic time plays out over the course of the 24. Does the day/night cycle run smoothly on the tracks with a "night" option?

Any feedback appreciated 🙏
I can't answer your question but I'm curious as to how your lengthy custom races went. Were they enjoyable? Did you do pit stops? How was the ai?

I was wondering the same thing, I have a very old Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel and V1 clubsport pedals which I was able to use on the PS4 with a Cronusmax, so before investing in another wheel I was wondering if I could get it working on the PS5 with the DriveHub (I've checked various forums on the internet but can't really find a clear answer).

I really hope PD updates the camera settings back to (0, 0) again, it looks way too stiff. It's funny how they added the shake but messed up the camera setup that was already nice in GT Sport.

I'm playing on PS5. It should work for you too in theory. But like I said in the previous post, it's imperative to get the Hori Mini PS4 controller to use with the DriveHub. The reason being is that it's wired. A regular DS4 controller connects to the PS5 with Bluetooth and for some reason if you use it through a DriveHub, the connection stops after about 10 minutes causing your wheel to no longer work.

So I just realized it’s not possible to discard a garage car of which you only own one. That’s beyond frustrating.

I want my garage to be a display of my favorite cars in my favorite colors, but now we are suddenly forced to own one example of every obtained car. OCD trigger. Why PD? :boggled:

Might be an unpopular opinion, but I like that the Racing Super Soft tire is gone.
Not too surprising though, most real world racing series that used a super-soft compound have stopped using them in the last few years so they're not really a thing anymore. Outside of the super insane hypercars, I don't see them being that much more useful than just softs anyway.

I got IA Licensed finished (not gold, couldn't be bothered) to win that rally car. I have the rally events unlocked, so I can now grind that fisherman's ranch race. Which I started doing, but I'm not good at it. I only won a couple of times.

I just had some dinner to take a break, but I'll be right back to it. I want to try earning enough money for the Ford GT40 Mark IV before the dealership changes.
