Told by whom?Maybe. Hopefully. Event organizers for Middle Eastern racing leagues were specifically told two major updates: one in July, and one in October.
Yes, the physics were understeery for sure, but GT7 however has a big thing with oversteer physics. Even in the current updates, cars feel in some cases twitchier than they should be.Think that varies per person, though. FM7 definitely has a lot of content but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the physics. Everything felt like it understeered, though Forza in general has always seemed to veer towards more understeery cars. I guess the best way I can explain is it that cars felt both heavy and literally glued to the ground, and not in a good way.
and that I wouldn't know, I don't play online as I prefer single player gameplay.I'd argue FM7 makes GT7 racing in low SR lobbies look like the cleanest thing on Earth.
Subjective thing. GT7 does a lot better than FM7, and FM7 does some better than GT7 (namely in terms of variety).
PD told the governing body in Jordan.Told by whom?
Well if this is their idea of a major update....oh dear.PD told the governing body in Jordan.
Not exactly top secret since it matches GT World Series dates.Maybe. Hopefully. Event organizers for Middle Eastern racing leagues were specifically told two major updates: one in July, and one in October.
Seems odd.PD told the governing body in Jordan.
Also I had it right the first time, two major updates between July and October, not two updates in July and October.
I know that's why I'm worried about it.Well if this is their idea of a major update....oh dear.
But why would PD tell some racing leagues in Jordan that? Also, how are you privy to this?
Does anyone know where this song plays in the game? I don't think I've heard it once yet beyond the in-game songlist

I can't believe this but no matter how much I entered the Missions menu over the months it never played. Tried once more after reading this and it's now playing...Missions.
So there'll be 2 "major" updates in August and September?PD told the governing body in Jordan.

Speaking of issues, weather radar seems to be broken in my current Spa race. Haven't seen this happen pre-patch (but fwiw it also was working in the neo-classic events, which rains).

It can also be heard on the lobby mode.Missions.
No way... I really like Lenny Ibizarre's interpretation of The Entertainer!Would have been a really good fit for GT Auto instead of the obnoxious 'The Entertainer" remix they have of his. Shame, missed opportunity.
yes the lobby user info still needs some tweeks, it is frustrating to find a good race & venue, watch the remaining laps for it to be closed ! - but the upgrades to the custom races are great, its like a whole new game in itself, as we can pick from our garages 19 other cars with their unique liveries, add the names, set the race fuel/tyre parameters & all importantly save it all to go back & re-run - it also allows the same cars & set ups to load/transfer to other tracks - you can even use a different car to enter the same set ups...........it is indeed my friend, ChristmasThe lobbies are still unstable, host migration is still not an option, race status (ie. is a lobby currently running a race) is not implemented, entering a lobby and entering/exiting the pits still causes lag spikes, tagging players in-chat is still not an option...
This was supposed to be their redemption month. The next major quality of life update is sometime between now and October 😒😒.
The Maserati logo is a bit too huge for my taste lol but it's a beautiful car.

It's in the files, so..........
I'm sorry mate but if you're being lapped twice around Tsukuba thats not on the game, that's on you. If it was that impossible, nobody would complete it.Another update, 3 more cars, and still no fix for the 2 player split screen issue...
Also, the more I play it the more it seems that the Missions races are just unfair...
I've been trying that race in the Human Comedy section with the Miata's at Tsukuba and after reviewing the replay after having run what felt like a great race and being lapped TWICE by the leader and once by positions 2 and 3 I couldn't believe what I saw...
58 second laps on 19 lap old soft racing tires with the x10 wear modifier in the rain that is sketchy to drive in on full wets...
No only should that car have ZERO grip on what is the equivalent of 190 lap old soft tires in a heavy downpour but to run those lap times over that long a stint you would be out of fuel as well...
There is zero chance that it's working in any way that's supposed to be fair...
Every single attempt is different but positions 1, 2, and 3 are just constantly running far too fast to be adhering to the regulations and limits for that race...
It's just frustrating to feel like you dont have a single chance in hell because you're up against AI that really looks to be cheating for artificial difficulty...
This isn't what i signed up for...
Sorry for the rant but I'm reaching the end of my rope with this game...
It's so broken that all i want to do anymore is drive with my friends in split screen because the cars feel good to drive now but I can't even do that...
True. Maybe next update...? Hopefully? It's in the files, so..........
Try the Radical SR3, it's very good on fuel, keep it on Sport tires and easy winAlso, the more I play it the more it seems that the Missions races are just unfair...
