Such a joy to make liveries on this beauty.

And yes, you can also buy a Tomica Limited Vintage Neo 1:64 scale model of it:

It’s pretty cool to see the buzz on social media about these Tomica scapes. Goes to show how some things, not necessarily aimed at hardcore racers, can boost awareness.

It would be very cool to have a track creator using Tomica track pieces. Lay it out in an open space. Add the odd piece of trackside decoration. Questionable whether is would be of interest to racers. But it would be very interesting for photographers and filmmakers.

I just got a stage 5 weight reduction for the skyline nismo 17 from a 5 star ticket today, is this a rarity? Having not got round to driving the nismo 17 yet, I tuned it up. It goes like a stabbed rat 228mph on the straights! It made the hyper car cafe menu a bit redundant as I'd taken the lead within the 1st lap each time truly rapid.

Another update, 3 more cars, and still no fix for the 2 player split screen issue...

Also, the more I play it the more it seems that the Missions races are just unfair...

I've been trying that race in the Human Comedy section with the Miata's at Tsukuba and after reviewing the replay after having run what felt like a great race and being lapped TWICE by the leader and once by positions 2 and 3 I couldn't believe what I saw...

58 second laps on 19 lap old soft racing tires with the x10 wear modifier in the rain that is sketchy to drive in on full wets...

No only should that car have ZERO grip on what is the equivalent of 190 lap old soft tires in a heavy downpour but to run those lap times over that long a stint you would be out of fuel as well...

There is zero chance that it's working in any way that's supposed to be fair...

Every single attempt is different but positions 1, 2, and 3 are just constantly running far too fast to be adhering to the regulations and limits for that race...

It's just frustrating to feel like you dont have a single chance in hell because you're up against AI that really looks to be cheating for artificial difficulty...

This isn't what i signed up for...

Sorry for the rant but I'm reaching the end of my rope with this game...

It's so broken that all i want to do anymore is drive with my friends in split screen because the cars feel good to drive now but I can't even do that...
I beat it on the first try. Kept an eye on the radar, took a chance staying out on RH tires during the first brief rainshower, then pitted for IM tires when the rain really hit. Some fuel saving and beat the AI by 40+ seconds. 🤷🏽‍♂️

PD, seriously! If you are working on the option to sell cars in one of the next updates and it will only be for bought cars and not for the ones you get for winning tickets, dont bother at all. Won a Ford Mustang GT350 again today. What kind of algorithm gets you the same 3 cars all the time when the prize is a car?

With all the talk of Tomica, Decided to look how much a Tomica diecast that matched my car were going for so I can maybe buy one... oof. View attachment 1178178
Yeah the resale market is ridiculous. If you can't buy one new you might as well forget it. However one place you should check out on eBay is Japan Booster because their prices are decent and they're located in the US.

The Tsukuba mission isn't designed for players to outpace the leading AI IMO. You have to beat them with consistency (albeit a little slower) and pit strategy. Tsukuba is the one that relies most heavily on clawing back time through pit strategy.

The other Human Comedy missions can be done by racing and outpacing.

Just noticed this. This thing in the middle, with GT and Sony logo, will always match the colors of your suit:

I was racing with this NSX GT500 in Sardegna and noticed that green number at the top right. It says "Fuel Used". Ran out of fuel and the number got locked at 60, which I assume is 60 litres. Now here's a question: what's the fuel capacity of 2016 SuperGT cars? Wiki says is 120 liters, GT7 sais is 60. There's different tanks for each race?

So a few moments ago I finished the Neo Classical race at Fuji Speedway.

V. Gallo forgot to purchase rain tires. 👀

The AI spun so bad he missed the pit entrance. I recorded the replay, so I'll upload the bit where he goes full poggers passed the pit entrance lane later on tonight.
I don't remember the AI being so mistake prone in the old games like they are in GT7. I suppose it gives them a bit of a human element to an extent.

Also happens in GT Sport quite a lot, though maybe not to the same extent: not 100% sure.
