Footage from the reveal actually shows the player racing with what looks to be a full grid of cars, so it's certainly more than GTS got. I imagine it will be full single-player implementation, and the worst case scenario is perhaps only in Arcade? We'll see in time - but there's no reason for it to be anything other than full implementation really.

Ferrari VGT Gr. 1? It's seen racing against Gr. 1 cars.

It's interesting to note Nissan are fully featured in the GT movie after a period where they stepped away from the franchise. Not just the R35 GT-R Academy cars, the Ligier Nissan DPI is the star car for the Le Mans part of the movie. Wouldn't surprise me to see a bunch of the featured movie cars released for GT7, even if some of them are just new liveries.

PSVR 2 implementation may be great, but if there's no new single player content to be go with it, it'll be a case of just grinding the content we have already.

I guess you are experiencing them in a new dimension...will have to see if it's worth the price of admission, and if the quality is there.

My issue with PSVR was that when your racing, you're looking down the road to spot your next braking zone etc. But the fidelity wasn't there and it just looked blurry, which gave me a headache...

I just want to know if this movie's going to have a WTC600 race on Tokyo Express way.
Don't worry, it also took place at Le Mans....

....except with LMP (no Gr.1 Proto Series Le Mans event in-game) instead of Gr.4 (WTC 700 actually in-game).

Here’s what I want for GT7 in 2023:

An incredibly robust PSVR2 implementation. Not a stripped down mode - I want the entire game in VR.
Seems like this is exactly what I’m getting :)

I never pay 500€ only to use VR. And before only two years, i bought the formerly VR-headset and it's a hit in the face of customers that cross-gen-games can't use with formerly VR-headset.

Cockpit view from the TV in some cars is limiting to me. It looks like you are looking into a small windows.
Hopefully the same cockpit view seen from a VR is more immersive and give more 3D perpspective than the TV

It would be a very PD thing to do to have it limited to Arcade mode despite being capable of handling a full grid, though we haven't actually seen a full frid, there's maybe 10 cars in that video, which suggests a full grid, but if it can't manage the full 20 then the main races could be out of the question.

I wouldn't take it as a given, you often see mismatched cars and groups racing together in promotional footage and while a Gr.1 variant is possible, it's also possible that it's no more than promoting the Ferrari VGT.

There is Mclaren 720GT3 in the movie trailer so i hope you are right…

I'm hoping for a post-credits scene featuring the yellow Evo 5 and Mirage.
"EVO WILL RETURN IN GRAN TURISMO 2"
Of COURSE this has a goddamn romance subplot
I can't wait for Luca Luca Literature Club, the GT visual novel spin-off featuring all of our favourite characters!

If its full vr support I will just complete all caffe + ciruit exp, licenses and missions (without drift one lol) on other account again.
