Hi everyone, sorry to bother I looked around and did not see anyone comment about this. Did you get your cash prize for competing in the 2 races events from the manufacturer and nation « celebration » at Spa and Willow Springs?

I myself was hoping for 500.000 Cr each with my race result but had nothing yet.

Yes, I got them immediately after completing the races. They're just one time Cr rewards for completing the event like when completing a mission, they aren't tickets.

Cr.100,000 from a 2-star ticket, Tesla Model S from a 1-star ticket, McLaren VGT from a 4-star ticket and Cr.1,000,000 from a 4-star ticket...
Here're my too-lucky gifts ever.

BTW, I uploaded a look-back video of the Nike ONE 2022 and its "Launch Edition" a week ago.
Too bad it didn't come to GT7 in 2022, but I hope it comes ASAP.

Just like @hyperspeed980 has posted here a few times, now it's my turn to share a wild dream of mine that I had last night... actually, it's not that wild because I could totally see this happening at some time.

This first thing I remember was, it had a Menu Book called "JGTC Champions". You can imagine where this is going. Yep, 1997 Castrol Tom's Supra, 1999 Pennzoil Nismo R34 and the 2000 Castrol Mugen NSX. If you think about it, you'll notice it's way too perfect. I can feel it's like they're just waiting for the JGTC NSX addition in order to throw the Supra and the Skyline along with it on the Menu Books.

Another information was the return of Grand Valley, which is probably the most anticipated track at the moment by the community. As for the other cars, I really can't remember anymore. So, it was basically:

Grand Valley Speedway
Honda NSX GT500 '00
Menu Book "JGTC Champions"

...all in the same update, which again, I can totally see happening in the near future.

Thanks a lot for the answer I guess I forgot that I got the silver prize at the end of the race like everyone else. Sorry for the bother and thanks for the reminder.

I see you've accessed the February update before its intended release date. Corrective measures shall be applied soon.

I had a dream too. That we finally got the Porsche 959 and with it came Seattle.

Though the car seems inevitable to come eventually, the Seattle track I fear will never come again, even in a 2020's form. Why PD hate city tracks (and snow tracks) is beyond me.

They said city tracks basically take 5 times as long to make as normal circuits, so we probably shouldn’t count on any being added in the future, even updates of old ones.

I actually hope they do add the Grand Valley Speedway and Midfield raceway back, those were two iconic tracks that were solely introduced in the older GT games on the ps1. What's your PSN username, I'm trying to add some more friends. And get help whenever I need it.

Oh, I did earn the silver medal in the new online time trial got 0'57.853, look at my profile, rising_glass1. So close to the gold, only 5 hundredths of a second, I didn't push hard enough.

It been that way when it came out in GT Sport in early 2018 (checked the videos), in GT7 they only added dynamic weather to it
As i said before if i had to choose which track deserves the update the most , it will be this one

There is also terrible dithering on trees after rain. Very disturbing effect for me. It's sad to see that they don't care.

You can see it if you pause the video at 3:54 and you scroll further in slow motion.

And here also at 25:15 with a strange flash on the road.

Yeah the road flashing is very noticeable after raining, especially at night time/when it's cloudy.

Dreamt again. This can't be healthy anymore.

For some reason, there were randomly two new tracks that no one was talking about (they also couldn't be used in online lobbies). One was Oschersleben, which to my knowledge is an existing German track that I remember putting in a wishlist 9 years ago, and the other was a Northern Isle-style oval called Black Rock.
Except Oschersleben was nothing like the actual circuit, and was instead an epic mountain pass in the style of Matterhorn and Eiger Nordwand. And it had 17 events across all of its layouts. (The oval had none. 💀)

Oh, and they added a 90s Toyota Camry to the game. Dunno why. It absolutely ripped with a turbo and nitrous though.

Call me crazy, but I'm getting into reading other people's weird GT-related actual dreams. This is really something I never thought I would enjoy that much. Sometimes they won't make any sense, but hey, that's the fun part, right? But even if they make sense it's still interesting to read.

Nah, I can understand why. Makes a change from all of the endless wishlisting across every thread. :P
Although you could argue that the dreams represent what we subconsciously want in the game... which would make them wishlists too. Hmmm... 🤔

I'm just waiting for someone to have a GT7 dream within their GT7 dream...

Maybe it's time you try lucid dreaming.

Or maybe try some shrooms, who knows what kind of GT dream you're gonna get lol
