It's not a 400Z. Not sure how everyone got to calling it that when the Z car has always, since the very beginning, been named after the displacement of the engine. Not the horsepower. So the current Z, if people want to make up a name for it, would be more accurate as a 300Z.

It could, but I don't see alot of people exactly clamoring for it (or for ANY Infiniti for that matter). As I said, I don't exactly see a massive desire for Infiniti beyond what was already included here or any other game for that matter.

While indeed it was, I get the feeling far more people are interested in the Ford Mondeos and Nissan Primeras and Audi A4s then they are of say, the Dodge Stratus:

Likewise, I think more people would want the Honda Accord from the BTCC then they would the one from the North American Super Touring Car Championship (A series where the Dodge Stratus was the biggest factory supported effort while everyone else was just far smaller privateers AND had the unfortunate distinction of being run by the same sanctioning body that ran CART as a sideshow to said series and not as its own main thing).

Look no further then the "Super Tourers" in Grid Legends or even the "Super Touring" Car Pack in Raceroom. As far as I can tell, when people hear "Super Touring", they think BTCC.

JTCC wouldn't be out of the question though. Primera, Bluebird, Corona, Chaser, Sprinter, 316(?)/320i, Exiv, aforementioned Accord, Civic.

Super Touring was a mix in GT2 anyway. We only need the road cars in GT7. I mean, that's what we've been getting to make any kind of series in this game.

The point is, we're talking about the super touring category and the cars that make it what it is, not any individual series. Licensing would be strictly a manufacture thing.

And I will gladly take that Stratus, too. It would be better than another useless VGT or Toyota van.

I don't know if it's exclusive, but RaceRoom certainly licence it. They have the following DTM car packs:

So, does that fall under their Super Touring licence? As I know it's STW in Europe. There were BTCC teams that competed in STW.
As posted above, the particular car licence is the issue. Would PD only get say one car from a Super Touring series other than JTCC and ATCC?

If PD add an A4, S40 and Vectra road cars. Could they them use the Super Touring label for a Weekly Challenge?

I can't remember, but what's the precedent for the silhouette teasers as regards to cars that have already been revealed?
Assuming that the January update is the standard 3 car addition, we already know 2 of them:

• Hyundai Ioniq 5N
• Gran Turismo F3500-A

So would they make a 3-car silhouette teaser for essentially just 1 unknown car?

Yes, January 2024 was this exact scenario (already known Genesis/Bulgari VGTs, so the only "unknown" silhouette was the kei Jimny).

Nope, different race series that raced to a different set of regulations.

Prior to 93' most touring car series (including BTCC and DTM) ran under the FIA group A regs, but from 93 BTCC ran under the Super Touring (Group 2) regs and DTM ran under the Group 1 regs.

Super Touring wasn't a single licence either, but rather a set of regulations that various series ran under, with separate commercial licenses for all of those series, of which just under 20 existed.
