For the LCD vehicles that had (or have) arrows attached to them while they were (or are currently) available and thus will have their prices adjusted when they next appear, the costs of a new engine and new body (if available) have already been adjusted in the Tuning Shop. Examples:

  • 1964 Aston Martin DB5, last available at 970,000 Cr. with a down-arrow - engine/transmission was 485,000 Cr./1,164,000 Cr., now 470,500 Cr./1,129,200 Cr.
  • 1945 Jeep Willys MB, last available at 27,800 Cr. with an up-arrow - engine/transmission was 13,900 Cr./33,360 Cr., now 13,950 Cr./33,480 Cr.
  • 1962 Chevrolet Corvette (C2), currently available at 178,000 Cr. with an up-arrow (had been a down-arrow until the 1.15 update) - engine/transmission was 89,000 Cr./213,600 Cr., now 118,500 Cr./284,400 Cr.

Auto Transaction enabled?

Was there even before 1.15. Going out of track activates tcs icon by default. I don't know if it has effect and if yes how strong is that, but the icon flashing was there since. It's an expert driver telling you. Expert in going out of track I mean, obviously. 😅

Could be placebo, but I think the resolution for clouds has increased on PS4.

Edit: think it's just placebo, on certain conditions some clouds still have the very pixelated look.

NEVER seen pink rain, seen a few patches of dark green
Pink rain would probably be a tsunami, let's be real 😅 Plus, anything more than heavy rain, would probably cancel a race IRL. You'd be swimming in that case.
So... like it has always been?
No. You can't see rain falling, at least not on a base model PS4. You can see a glimpse of it when changing views or looking back; you'll see the sprites for a split second.

Race start countdown is now random like real life, as opposed to the coreographed 5-4-3-2-1 Go.
Can you clarify?
EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out. This is only with grid stars with false start checks.

New update, same rules. As usual, carefully read the official patch notes (in the post above under "Documented changes" or on the site itself) before posting any changes. Once again, follow the OP regarding where to post certain things.

Now you may post.

Host migration would be Nice too

Has anyone had a look to see if the roulette tickets are still rigged?
The roulette isn't rigged. Actually it's just a lot bigger containing all possible prizes and the result is simply determined before you're handed your ticket. What comes afterwards cannot be fixed, because there is nothing there to fix.

If anything, they could make the chances bigger to get something useful.

However you spin it the end result is still that you get the worst prize of the options presented almost every single time.

There is now a different background art when viewing GT7 from PS5's main menu. It shows the cover of the May Update with a description of the update.

Rain effects, as the above post shows, have improved. If you wanna test it: fire time trial up in Autopolis and choose 16:00. It rains so much that there's NEW water splashing and wind effects on the ground in the beginning.

This is definitely a change, as I was testing this track and weather just yesterday. It looks much more atmospheric now. PS5 here

They have fixed about 10 or so Lamborghini & Ferrari paints metallicness (if that makes sense?!) Before 1.15 they had an insane amount of flake on a couple of paints unsure of the exact list:

Which now looks like:

Pier (New Orleans)_.jpeg

The paints when bought on the original cars were fine, it's just the GTAuto versions that were a bit borked previously.

One bug they still haven't fixed however is when changing rolling start distance on a custom race it always reverts to 15m and you cannot change it so you are stuck with either the option of 20m (default) or 15m...

Pink on the radar in my experience = hail.

Broken FFB is an undocumented change…
Technically, this might be documented due to the changes made to the force feedback. Either case, guess where that goes:

THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF THE UPDATE or anything else other than undocumented changes in the update. Keep those strictly to the appropriate threads:

I'm beginning to wonder if PD will ever fix the online lobbies.

Maybe the players should strike and not play sport mode until it is fixed?

That would actually require making people not play online, which is surprisingly easier said than done despite the wonkiness of the game so far.
Gear Ratio no longer affects PP, we can't use the Tomahawk anymore, now we can dispose of them.
This is already documented.

"10. Multiplayer
 - An ‘Equal Condition Mode’ option has been added to to the 'Time / Weather Settings.' When this option is turned 'On', the 'Variable Time Speed Rate' setting will not be available."

This feature also shows up in single player custom race mode

Does this do what I think it does? Simulate the live real-world time of the track or your timezone..? Or is it just something useless and lame?

I've wanted something like that ever since GT5 lobbies.

They fix the bug that when you take a photo in replay photo mode on PS4 the game freezes and must force close it
I take 3 replays photo today and no freezes

I think it just freezes the time/weather.
