I am really starting to have love hate relation to this game. some of it is really amazing but pure ignorance to fix small bugs is really annoying. I mean game is out for almost a year and 2P split screen is still not fixed, second player has locked assists, and every release the say "know issues" and just constantly repeating how they will fix it in future... which future.. when ? it should not be that hard really ?

Hi!

The update looks great but no sign of a BoP change for Sport in the patchnote ? That's sad, Gr.4 desperately needs it... :-(

One thing I don’t like so far is the absence of runoff/large gravel trap at the first hairpin. That corner in the original layout had mega consequences for getting too eager on a divebomb, but it looks like there’s just a bit of extra pavement straight into a wall, not nearly as dramatic. The rest looks incredible to drive though, I guess it’ll remain to be seen if that translates to good racing as well.

Looking forward to trying grand valley highway but i’m not a fan of these extra menus. Seems pointless to spend millions on cars just to earn an engine part i’ll never use, surely they can add some actual menu books again soon

Pretty good update so far, I'm quite enjoying the new content.

Only issues I've noticed so far are that GV's circuit bounds are wack, and the CE especially highlights this, and the fact that Sophy... doesn't really seem all that special? In each race they felt very much like GT's usual line following AI, except that they spam emotes and are a lot more willing to dive into corners, but only if they have an extremely obvious window to dive into. Basically you cover the inside line, don't bodge the launch on the 1v1, and you're pretty much fine - they feel about as deterministic as regular AI, just a bit harder.

But they don't break on the apex. ;-)

If only I could find somewhere selling a PS5 in UK at normal retail price
like here ?

or here?

I like that Grand Valley has returned in layout form. But I really don't like the scenery change, just feels totally lifeless to me. I get a feeling this was done with VR in mind as I can imagine the dips and bridges will be very cool in VR. But otherwise it's just a bit average.

I've definitely seen that happen a few times, in between the countless instances of them refusing to brake on time, ramming me, and spinning themselves off:

Really just feels like GT6 AI with max (above default) aggression. I would say my extreme TL;DR is "Harder? Yes. Realistic? No".

I did get a chuckle out of the fact that they laugh when you go off course though.
