Just do custom races they can be way better anyway.
Not viable if you want to buy all/most of the cars though. It'll take you years.
What about Sophy? Getting really tired of the garbage AI brake checking, PITing, and weaving to block with zero repercussions. At least they could add some forward missiles or 007 tire shredders to the tuning shop in the meantime.
Sophy is sadly not replacing the garbage AI in GT7, ever. That's not what PD have outlined for its implementation.

It’s not about them being better(which they are ;) ). It’s about doing something, anything, while we wait for something, anything.
I’m frustrated as well, but I’m making my fun. I switch to PC2, use some cars GT7 doesn’t have. Drive on some tracks GT7 doesn’t have and then come back to GT7 and drive cars on tracks PC2 doesn’t have.

..But, yeah, like Geaorge says, “Just do custom races they can be better anyway.“ :D

It’s going to be real cool to see the Skyline fully rendered. Driving it at all the tracks we have and watching replays. Good stuff.

True thats why the best option is to find one ideal race for griding when needed, then make custom races instead of waiting for PD.

I’ll have to once again, use a purpose built race car, versus cars with less downforce(The Alfa 155 detuned, versus my E30s).
We’ll have the BB512, Pantera, CSL ‘73 and the 930T. I haven’t built a maxxed out Stratos to see how it fits in my mock Group 5 class. The 308 is lovely as well.

It’ll be interesting how they fair, versus the stock Skyline.

Hey is there a thread here about those beautiful beast and how to make them in GT7 ? I ´ll be glad to join in !

Oh, those 3 cars are very interesting additions. Personally, the 918 Spyder is my favorite, I was expecting it for years, can't believe it's happening!! And finally we're getting another Maseratti, it was about time. The Skyline Super Sillhouette looks pretty cool too, and it's a car with a race pedigree, we need more of those.

Hope we also get another track, Road Atlanta'd be phenomenal, but any one is welcome.

Check the Tuning threads. There should be plenty of builds and tunes.

Definitely the Porsche 918 spyder

look at the vertical line on the ceiling and the rear right junction line on the silhouette

also the lateral line on the windshield is exactly the same.

This car has two lines across the top of the windshield and has a small hood cutout, while the 918's hood covers the entire front of the car.

the other lines you mentioned are related to reflection and shading.

now examine the images again, except for the middle line, the places are actually the ceiling fold.

and look at the fender line at the rear right.

I just realized that this update also adds an interesting development to predicting any future cars, as the Maserati wasn’t included in the datamined list, which suggests anything is fair game for PD at this point. An argument can be made that the Maserati has been due for a while now, but it’s still interesting that it wasn’t on the list that seems to have been proven right so far.

It's very probable that will get a few cars in updates that weren't datamined, Tesla Model 3 is another one promised publicly and it isn't on that list, but it's reasonable to expect that many of them will be from the list.

Don’t want antique or road cars, I want latest racing cars from Gr. 3, 4, HC, LMP2, formula etc that I can race with in online mode (or in sp if they add new missions etc).

I'm sorta on the same page. The highest priority should be cars from modern racing series like the ones you mention above. I wouldn't mind newer road cars, but updating to racing cars from the past 5 years is more important.

Still no sophy news 4 months after release, hopefully we'll be able to sell car after this update but not getting my hopes up either.

I'm super happy for the skyline R30, one of my favorite old jdm cars, but honestly we dont need more cars, we need more events and tracks...

This is mind blowing from PD honestly, I'm happy with new car, but the fact they dont realize this SINGLE player focused game need more events is just weird at this point. I wonder why they called Sports GTS now actually, because considering how GT7 is, GTS is definitely GT7 and this is GT8. Serisouly PD, hire a japanese student, give him a race generator and let him do events as his works. It should be that hard, it's the same as custom race basically. Just have to make them official races. Or I dont know, just up the pay of custom and mp events so we can get money on these instead of doing the same 3 races over and over.
If the payouts for Custom Races were better I would happily spend my time there. I know for certain I can come up with compelling, interesting races that utilize the breadth of cars in the game. I am already beginning to do so but the low payouts are somewhat sad.

You got a fake convertible Gr.3 car last month, what more do you want? /s

For real though, I don't know why this rumour persists in this forum that GT3 and GT4 cars are exclusive to ACC now. ACC has a license with GT World Challenge, it's just one of many series in the world that uses GT3 and GT4 spec cars. There are countless other series which use those cars, ACC do not have exclusive rights to the FIA regulations for GT3/4, nor do they have any rights to any homologated cars. I doubt they even have exclusive rights to the teams in that series, I don't recall them ever making that claim.

PD simply seem happy to just stick with mostly the same stale list from GTS.

I love this increased lineup of ‘50s sports racers in GT7. I’ve been eagerly waiting for the Maserati A6GCS Spyder! In fact this same car that won the Pebble Beach award attempted to sell at RM Sotheby’s. It failed to sell but was estimated between $3,250,000 - $3,750,000.

I have a feeling PD will price it at around 4 million credits. It be a similar price to the Ferrari 500 Mondial in the game.
