What would be nice is if they fixed the Tomahawk glitch at the same time as adding some fun, well paying events. That would soften the blow for the grinders.

I think to fix it properly (ie:making the PP line up with the Tomahawk's performance) it may be a bit more work than a quick patch. I'm no game designer, but I'd assume it's a little more difficult than a quick patch, because it would change the way PP are calculated, possibly. The only other way I could see is if they didn't make gear ratios part of PP somehow

Madrid was pretty forgettable and dull. I literally cannot remember the layout at all without looking it up. London, given what they could've done, was also pretty uninspired. I can see why they ditched those.

I think +1,6 million in just a little bit over an hour in de la Sarthe (Le Mans) is still quite nice. And occasional rain keeps the races interesting.

Yeah, that's about where it should be. I think even averaging 1 million per hour for just sort of racing without any specific goal, just doing 2-3 races would be good. And paying a bit more (like your 1.6 million Sarthe) for bigger events

The issue has always primarily been that only one event, maybe two at most, pay out at the highest rate. There needs to be 10 or 20 at least, so people have a variety to choose from and still earn the most money.

If they aren't going to give us enough unique races so that doing them all once is enough to buy all the cars, then the forced repeating of events needs to be much more varied.

Not to mention online and custom races need to scale to pay out the same way. Winning a 20 minute race online against 19 A+ drivers should be paying you the same, if not more, than winning a 20 minute race against the AI. Right now it's not even close. Of course beating 6 C rated drivers in a 20 minute race shouldn't pay the same though, it needs to scale in a fair way relative to difficulty.

Why do you want it fixed? Its a quick money maker so why would you want it taken away?

What useless comment?
For one thing, what does the patch or even a patch have to do with the MTX?

There is MTX in the game so what?! Only those who would like more credits but can't afford them or want to whine about the MTX, everyone else doesn't care at all.

I have a very good friend who doesn't care about money as much as it does to me for a long time. because, thanks to clever investments and a bit of courage to take risks, he has enough money at his disposal so that he never really has to worry again.
So this friend doesn't play a GT, nor does he drive any other racing game/sim, but he loves a particular mobile game and is pumping massive amounts of money into it just because he can. I don't see anything bad about it, but I would never consider it for myself.
If he played GT7 and there was a car he would like, he would just buy MTX, whatever the price and that's it. He doesn't sit down for 2-3-6-8 hours or more to grind the credits, that wouldn't be for him.
Why should such players be denied the MTX now?

And to be honest, if the MTX are too expensive for you, you should just grind.

Yeah I recall years ago one chap getting really hostile at work about people 'wasting' money on buying fifa ultimate team coins on ebay, ie its digital, not real etc. He soon shut up when I pointed out how many would consider his 20 cigarettes a day a waste of money...

People derive value from different things. Some people would rather pay more to free up time to do other stuff or whatever. Particularly if you're comfortable financially.

Way things are now and will continue to head, mtx isn't dominating the game and people aren't being forced to or need to use it in gt7.

How big is the next update because I have only got the 400 GB PlayStation 4 gran trisomo 7 takes 224GB I have only left 180GB of storage left

Yes it requires a bit of detuning. Of course the race will take a bit more time with this car but it's a fun race to me and it just feels more rewarding to get those credits without using an exploit.
I agree, i will run this event with different cars as well, i think its quite fun, way more intresting than doing the fishermans ranch we use to do before, if they keep adding races like this it will be fun way of earning money😊
