I don't even want to guess what's coming (aside from the 3 cars). Update is almost here and then we can dig in and see what's been added/fixed.

We have 50 minutes in the uk before the maintenance starts
Europe is under daylight saving time. So I expect it to start in 2 hours from now, i.e. 9.00 for UK, 10.00 for central Europe, 11.00 for Eastern Europe.
All this provided that maintenance starts 8.00 UTC as per in game message.

Yes and no. The Silvia touring car is an old gt300 car
It's actually a Gran Turismo original car.

The actual Nissan Silvia GT300 is a completely different machine alltogether, this is what it looks like (It was in Gran Turismo 3 until Gran Turismo 6 but it's not in Gran Turismo 7. Also this car only has 1 wiper that wipes aross the whole windshield like most other Super GT cars not 2 like the Silvia Touring Car which closely resembles the road car version):

Here it star at 8.00am till 11.00am

So these cars will be free or simply added to the brand central? How these monthly cars worked in GT Sport?
They were just in Brand Central on GT Sport. On GT7, they'll follow the same convention as the release day cars: Anything before the year 2000 will show up either in UCD or Legend cars (Depending on what it is) while anything after 2000 will appear in Brand Central. So in short, Both the BRZs should be in Brand Central since they are from 2021 while the Cappuccino (Which is either from 91' or 95') will be in the UCD.

This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:

Gran Turismo 7’s First New Content Confirmed for April Update

Gran Turismo series creator Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed via social media that an update next week, likely the April 25 update, will add the first new content to Gran Turismo 7 since its launch on March 4...
I wonder if there maybe some Legendary vehicles hidden in the update that will be revealed at a later date?

Given the economy issues we've had, they really could throw us a bone and give us the first example of each car gratis, and you purchase subsequent ones as normal. It works nicely in Forza for the car pass.

Sampling fresh content shouldn't be a stick with which to make you play the game, rather the excitement of getting to enjoy it.

Game needs issues fixing not new cars. Hope they get their priorities sorted. Fix the problems then do the cars.
That’s probably the reason why there’s only 3 new cars and only new layouts rather than new tracks. This update likely contains more fixes than content. I could be wrong though.

Complete agreement.

New vehicles are currently only one thing: luxury goods

There are many construction sites in GT7 that have to be worked through beforehand:

- Enemy tremors in lobbies

- Lobby settings within the lobby

- save lobby configurations

- the completely destroyed vehicle tuning must be fixed

- the possibility of selling vehicles

- Adjusting the cost of tuning

- this completely useless roulette should be revised or abolished

- The ability to do SP endurance races with a time factor x1 without being caught by 1500 km/h fast weather

You will probably think of more...

Probably looking at 450,000 for the GT300, 16,500-18,000 for the Cap and about 35,000-38,000 for the BRZ.

Spa 24hr Layout added

The new track layout isn't even a new layout, it's just a different pit lane.

🤦

And maintenance has started. Will be interesting to see what the PP changes will be once the 2 hour maintenance finishes. And an interesting points on track layouts, Le Mans no chicanes, Monza no chicanes, Red Bull Ring short corse and the other Willow springs layouts are in game already so with that I'm out of ideas of what lwyout the tweets are trying tease

Ps5 version is 2.66 gb. Largest I remember seeing, excluding the first couple days. Can't imagine 3 cars and a few new layouts would weigh in that much. I'm going to go ahead and assume there's a rework to how PP is measured.
