992 GT3, Cayman GT4 RS, Aventador SVJ and the 2022 M4 (or the M3) are really likely to appear in this game. PD has been adding quite a ton of Porsches, and given how well received the 992 GT3 and the new GT4 RS are...

The SF90 Stradale, and Huracan STO on the other hand...

I'd still much prefer older iconic cars in the game. LFA, 918 Spyder, P1, E60 M5...

I sure hope you are right about the cars you quoted. Otherwise yes, I also would love me some LFA, P1, 918 and E60 M5, there are just too many cars to remember!🤞

Eh, I mean an actual Super GT series like in every prior Gran Turismo game. Lumping it in to Gr.3 is just a cop out.

I'm not disagreeing that updates have been lackluster, but do you know how much damage could be done in just 3 months, especially with live service games?

Actually GT3 and GT300 are really close in terms of performance! Some GT3's actually race in GT300 with slight changes to comply with the regulations!

In the wider world away from dedicated car nuts like this, It certainly is. Whether we like it or not the most popular cars in the world are always going to be performance cars of one sort of another, sports cars and supercars. That is what the majority want to see. Kei cars are just not exciting to most people. When you go on more general gaming websites/forums you always see people complaining about GT games forcing you to drive slow cars at the start of the game. I guarantee you'll see the same comments on any sites running a story about this update once it's out.

Dude, I was just at a massive car show in Redmond yesterday, with stringent entry limitations to ensure space is used efficiently for the best cars. Unfortunately most of my pictures and videos are on my DSLR still, regardless, from my phone, in amongst this train of Italian and German supercars was this blue Cappuccino:

It ended up sandwiched between two R8s and an RS6 with a Great Wall of Aston on the other side, and it was still drawing a crowd, young and old.

Normal people do like this car. And it really isn’t that slow, in fact it’s popular for modding for track toys when it comes to compact cars.

I think this car is both very suitable for GT and will be well received by the community.

How frequently did GT Sport release new content in the forms of solo races? It's wild that the game has more than one "type" of car you can buy but literally no races it qualifies for. Group 1 and 2 are just collectable car categories outside of multiplayer and arcade?

I wonder when we'll be able to buy the Suzuki, with it being a older car it could be a month before it shows up in the UCD. I don't mind that to be honest, it makes the dealer more interesting.

If I remember correctly there were new races with every update since the single player „campaign“ got added, often with events using the recently added new cars.

GT3 and GT300 run together, but GT300 are "castrated" to allow GT3 to be competitive. But still, due to the different nature of the two categories, such as aerodynamics and power-to-weight ratio, the GT300 remains superior. This in the real world. But I think in the virtual world there might be a way for PD to fix this and it won't be a problem as it is in the real world. And, by the way, the GT300s are visually more attractive.

What you're not getting is that nobody is disagreeing with you. Nobody likes online always single player games. We agree that it's going to make games unplayable in future and that obviously isn't good.

We are just telling you it's incredibly unlikely that they'll change it because it would be a complete rewriting of the core functionality of the game.
