Would be nice to see them bring back some of the "premium" cars from GT6. I've had decals for the Pozzi Camaro put together, since GTS, and still waiting on that car.

The race car pack from GT5 would be a nice addition too. Some vehicles that were supposedly "future proof", but haven't seen them in years.
Speaking of this Camaro in particular, I see that they modelled the car's Forgeline wheels but have never bothered actually including Forgeline wheels in the game. Forgeline makes a ton of actual race car wheels. Even the Glickenhaus SCG007 is currently running Forgeline wheels. This is a big oversight, especially considering all the centerlock wheels Forgeline offers, like 10 different models of them for race cars and supercars. And some really sick throwback American muscle designs as well, something seriously lacking from the game.

The GR86 is a very good, simple car to drive, and the new BRZ is the same thing but with a better grille and WR blue, which is good.
The WR blue you can buy anyway, and put it on pretty much any car. And a "better grille" is surely not enough of an excuse to add a certain car.

I mean, the car industry built ground breaking and remarkable cars, then there are nostalgic cars to be added, yet they choose a clone of an existing car.

The 86/BRZ line is becoming the new Miata, which is worrying.

Ironicaly, we have more variantes of the 86, than we have hypercars altogether.

WR Blue with a Toyota badge? Blasphemy.

The main “excuse” to add the BRZ would be that the Toyota GR86 is a rebadged Subaru and not the other way around.

I was thinking about potential World circuit alternate layouts that we could get. I only considered those that are possible without too much work (i.e. as much as the pit straight and first few turns of Le Mans Bugatti is modelled, it would basically be a brand new track).

There's at least 2 decent layouts that are possible at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya - a "pre 1994" layout using the remaining sections of track, and the National layout (as seen in Forza, for example). I suspect the historic Barcelona layout would be popular, given the fast Nissan right-left flick and the very fast downhill double left in the last 2 corners. Not usable for safety reasons IRL, but that's okay in GT7!

Slightly less interesting are Suzuka West (last seen in GT4) and Monza Junior - the latter is perhaps the definition of a "beginner circuit".

Finally, this one would require a bit more modelling work - an alternate Daytona Road Course layout but I do think it would make an interesting technical track. (This layout was used by Motorcycles in the early 2000s) Another alternative would be a Daytona Road Course without the Bus Stop.

What I suspect we'll see - is none of the above, and it will be a new layout of one of Original courses!
The easiest Daytona edition - and a fun new challenge - would be the very simple NASCAR chicane in the oval's turn 4. That is hilarious fun for the NASCAR races and difficult to navigate due to large sausages.
There is also a very easy extra short layout at Red Bull Ring. They had it in GT6, don't know why it never returned.

Nurburgring also has a couple

That Red Bull Ring short layout was in GTS as well. I only ever raced it during one week of Daily Races with Gr4 cars. They held a rain race there and it was by far my favorite Daily Race of all, probably because I kept winning over and over in the R35 lol. Never saw it again.

Bear with for a moment I think I've got something, I'm not happy with it, so does that mean the vast majority of people are not happy with the game?
Seems that those see others not as individuals but instead extensions of themselves.

I am not the biggest fan of cars we are getting, bmw m5 e60, Lexus lfa, or maybe Porsche 959 or Jaguar xj220 will hopefully be added at some point, i still have cars i have not bought yet, so new cars is not the most important for me, but still welcome, i am more intrested in of we get new events hopefully we do, and maybe a nice track layout, new events would be the most important for me and maybe buff the custom races a bit still pay way to little

They also need to fix the broken and rigged roulette-system, its frustrating.

I got a 5 star ticket and just got a citroen-invitation for a fictional VGT car i dont care about.

Also its a joke to win tuning-parts for cars i dont even own. And always just the lowest prize-money.

Its a joke they released it like that. Dont they have internal quality-control ?
You do understand how roulette works? You think it’s rigged because you don’t get what you want? Couldn’t it be also rigged when you get more better prizes?

my opinnion:
for such strong company, having in past titles so many great special up to date cars....and company evolved into something BIG...7 GREAT GAMES...MILLIONS OF FANS...MILIONS OF DOLLARS OF CASH

and in 2022 they represent us this? I had my hopes too high..that's true...
but my feeling is that , they are making fun of costumers..I am not negative, but what they are doing is making fun of me and people who gave money for this...

THE END

What are the odds of GT7 getting cars like the Porsche 992 GT3, GT4 RS; Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Superfast; Lambo Huracan STO, Aventador SVJ; BMW M4 2022 and so on, in the future?

I'm highly enjoying the game as is, but I would love to see an "up-to-date" update to the car roster over time, especially after being spoilt for choice by FH5. Although driving cars in GT7 feels much more special, which is why I want more :)
992 GT3, Cayman GT4 RS, Aventador SVJ and the 2022 M4 (or the M3) are really likely to appear in this game. PD has been adding quite a ton of Porsches, and given how well received the 992 GT3 and the new GT4 RS are...

The SF90 Stradale, and Huracan STO on the other hand...

I'd still much prefer older iconic cars in the game. LFA, 918 Spyder, P1, E60 M5...

The 86/BRZ line is becoming the new Miata, which is worrying.
Yeah agree. I wouldn't mind several iterations of any car if they are Generational Differences. But adding 2 or 3 of the same generation or even more, starts to just feel like a cheap way to add more cars just for the sake of numbers and not for the sake of uniqueness.

The Skyline R32/R33/R34 for example, those are great examples of the same car model but with 3 completely different cars alltogether. I'm all for this.
Which speaking of which, I'm still waiting for the Evolution VII/VIII and IX versions of the Mitsubishi Evo family to have the complete set.

I will only accept LF-A with the sound. Car is nothing without its sound.

I'd love the Jaguar though.
