A shame that it won't load custom liveries on it, though.
Huh? It does.

And then everybody groans because they remember it's Colorado Springs... Still have we not got a nerf for the Mazda?

Again, it's in this update. If it wasn't nobody would have access to it (and you can see the AI driving it!).

All we know is it'll be unlocked in Brand Central for everyone in late-February, and this doesn't require an update to achieve.

While true, its unlocking is more likely to come at the same time as a February update. The Ferrari VGT situation was a bit different - the exact general unlock date was revealed in the mid-December update hype/launch notes, and the "exclusive" period (which really wasn't all that exclusive) was one week. This time, it's a vague "end-of-February" date, and if that means the last Thursday of the month, the "exclusive" period will be 4 weeks.

Who cares? None of us here can drive it yet...
I know one GTPlanet member who definitely can.

And it's a pretty relevant distinction. The Bulgari won't occupy any of the next update's data at all because it's in the game now.

Indeed the timing does line up for a February update, but it's not necessary to achieve it - and we have no idea, given that we've only had content updates roughly every other month since June*, that there will even be one.

I suspect that there will be (2 year anniversary coming around then after all), but I wouldn't bet too much on it.

*Sort of. The early-August one was essentially a July update a week late, but the gaps since June have been 5.5 weeks, 7.5 weeks, 5 weeks, and 12 weeks.

Well…this is one seriously disappointing update.

No sdk/wheel work

No vr update(for almost a year..)

Gr 4 is dead. It is now mazdaganza..and has been for a long time.

Sport mode appears dead to sony/pd despite it being their primary marketing tool for the game.

Last year i bought a PlayStation and Psvr 2, and a fanatec wheel to play gt7. And as i sit here staring at yet another update which has nothing interesting again, and all i can do is wonder when acc2 or that ian bell game will release.

Ugh.. 😑

This might have been a disappointing update, but the Genesis VGT really saved it for me. Absolutely fun to drive and was far faster than I thought, where the car exceeded my expectations. It's now along with the Toyota and Bugatti as one of my all-time most favorite VGT's.

The Bvlgari better not disappoint me when it's available for everyone.

I still haven't won the Porsche invitation for the Carrera GT. Jus' sayin' like. Every day. Just hopin'. Maybe someday. Hopefully before GT7 support ends. Jus' dreamin' of driving the Carrera GT....

Anyway, as you all were.

Y'all ain't bothered that the Jimny makes only 130 pound ft of torque? Like,is it fast? I'm asking before I buy one.
Seriously though, the customization options look pretty good though.

I honestly don't care what they do with stuff like the Bulgari VGT because advertising partnerships fund the game. Just don't have that advertising partnership be a third of the update content if it's going to be so weird and restrictive.

Its not good for the game, and even more importantly for the money-men at PD and Bulgari, its not good advertising.

Oh no,
I am sure, it's not just a simple advertising deal to provide a VGT from a watchorwhatever-company.
The watch must be the core part of the VGT therefore. I trust in Kaz.

The VGT must be something like that:

Hey, I've been away from the game for a while, and I got the January update. But I don't see the new cars anywhere. Aren't they usually available right when the update happens? Am I missing something? Any help appreciated! :)
