Gran Turismo 7's Next Update is Coming September 28, Adds Three New Cars

About the same as misinterpreting the info presented.

The guy clearly meant "no night transition" in the sense of no day-night-day cycle, but sure, jump on that high horse and spout off like you're all that...

Less high horse, more drunk donkey.
There is literally 24h cycles?? Have you lot even played the game or are you here to just spam about how it doesn't have features that it actually does? No idea how you can say I'm like a drunk donkey when you're flatulating around pissing into the wind about how the game doesn't have random things when you can literally see said things if you spent more than 5 minutes in the game instead of crying on the internet.

Some of you lot are pathetic nowadays. You honestly need better things to do. I have no idea what is going on with this forum but every thread nowadays just gets blasted into misery with the same people coming in and moaning that the game doesn't have X or doesn't have Y, no matter the topic - devolving every thread into the same bunch of nonsense. To the point where they've apparently gaslit a bunch of people into thinking the game doesn't have a bloody 24 hour clock? Might not be everywhere, sure, but it's certainly there.
It was a nice place to talk about the game for a while but at this point there is genuinely 0 reason to come here unless you want to see the same people making the same complaints in every single thread. There's no sense of community, no sense of enjoyment for the game, nothing. Just people wallowing around unable to move on.

3 cars, 2 menu books and 29 scapes, I'm guessing? If that's the whole update... yikes.
2 actual "Menu Books", we only got 1 actual Menu Book in 2023 (28/4/23 Super Formula) and that was Book nr. 47, so this will be 48 & 49... Let's hope we stop with Menu Books at "50" and then get a proper "GT League" with Championships, Different Series in Beginner, Amateur, Professional, Expert & Endurance ect like GT offline is supposed to be.

So you're telling me they can add 29 scapes in a single update but not add an actual new track for the first time since FEBRUARY?

Glad to see where your actual priorities are with this game and the community PD :banghead:

Also only two menu books is actually embarrassing

Scapes will be just for the Nissan dealership, right? Not even universal scapes? Why??

Also they did update Suzuka, right?

The website just updated. They’re just Extra Menus unfortunately.

Correction: 2 EXTRA Menu books.

The GT FB post specifically says "extra menus", so... just another 'collect cars, win a random ticket' by the looks

EDIT: seen the above website posts.

Don't tell me they're holding the new Civic hostage for a whole month like they did with the Corolla and Himedic, please tell me I'm misunderstanding

Just an event in Japan. Participants get the livery and a certificate of some kind.

hahahahaha, like I said at this point...stop dreaming about new circuit...remember one guy attacking me about new track locations...only 1 which we will get and the last one in gt7 will be apricot hill late 2024..then this is it for this game

Thought it would be the super taikyu one, a gr4 version makes the update even more underwhelmin.
We’ll have to wait til the update and read the description. It may still have a diesel. Plus, it just has the TCR wing. Other than that, we get an FF and stripped interior like the S-Tai version. We can’t do that with the current road car. I’d rather this Gr.4 car.

As for the EG, I’d would like the normal EG6, but again, we get a stripped out interior, change the wheels and livery to JTCC version. The front splitter might be a bit annoying for want of a clean look, but let’s look at the positives of what we can do, with what we‘re given.

The cars all look very good, the best selection for quite some time.

A new track or bumper selection of events/features (I guess we don't know those yet?) would have made this a top tier update.

PD have clearly settled into their end-of-cycle DLC routine. If I was to speculate I'd say we'll get another 18-36 cars and one more all-new track. Perhaps some variations on other tracks.

But all the juicy stuff seems like it will be saved for GT8.
