on 26 June 2022 the next Pikes Peak Hill Climb Race start‘s for the 100 Time - and Gran Turismo is the Sponsor! so mayby we really have a chance to get also the Pike Peak Track as a Download this Week ?!

Not all content can be datamined, only if they add the entries before release for whatever reason, and in a format that can be understood by miners. It might have been weak content but nobody datamined the "alternative" Spa layout.
That's true. I guess we'll see, but don't want to get my hopes up.

Everybody in this thread here is upset and I’m just sitting here 🤤...

Ah the Suzuki is coming - drove my thumbs red raw with that thing in GT2, hopefully it's as utterly ridiculous as it was then!

Yeah, this can be a really good thing. I hope the customization options allow for all the traditional and street rod options, like that raked windshield, fenderless or fendered, lakester style front clips, wheels etc, but I would be pretty miffed if they kept to standard options and wheels. Would be hilarious if all we could do is "widebody", a front lip and some gaudy modern spoilers. Here's hoping they do the right thing with this one.

Lobbies full of all manner of traditionally or modern styled '32s would be AMAZING.

As far as the update goes, I find it surprising that many people haven't caught on to the way things go. They tease the cars, but all the meat and potatoes of the update come in the patch notes. I wish PD would just tell everyone what's going on and post content relating to what is coming up, but come one guys, don't be surprised when it happens the same way it has been.

I also hope for
-lobby fixes
-many more events
-selling cars
-Pikes Peak or some other track that isn't a modification of an existing one
-physics updates (dirt still sucks, FWDs don't handle like FWD, catching oversteer is still ridiculous, MR car balance)
-PD not ignoring every thing their community wants leading to another month of sad users and posts

One can dream.

FIX LOBBIES OR BUST. IF PD WANTS TO KILL OFF THEIR ONLINE COMMUNITY BY KEEPING THEIR MOUTHS SHUT. IT WORKED IN THE PAST BUT DOESN'T HOLD WEIGHT TODAY. NOT IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA WORLD WE LIVE IN. THEIR IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BE CRICKETS. IF PD WANTS TO KILL GT THEIR SUCCEEDING BUT AS A LEAGUE OWNER IM TELLING EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM. THIS GAME IS NOTHING WITHOUT THE ONLINE COMMUNITY. CONTENT CAN COME AT ANYTIME. FIXING BROKEN LOBBIES WHICH IS CRUCIAL CANNOT WAIT.

In case you haven't noticed, we don't know any other changes until the actual update hits. Unless you've been living under a rock.
No excuse for silence on PD's end. The old excuse of PD being quiet doesn't hold a lick of credibility by today's standards. Everyone communicates on social media now. No excuse. The lobby is a crutch for this game. If the community wants to be quiet and take the wait approach from PD this game is dead. One olympic professional GT player quit because of lobbies. Said he wont come back until PD gets their head out of their ass. Not his words but just the same.

I'd like them to ditch the Daily troll wheel all together. I've gotten the lowest prize for the last month. Plus, the invitation, on top of the ones they already gave out,on top of those
invitations I already have. Then unobtainable parts for cars that make no sense.
I hate that wheel with a passion, there are many things in the game that is evidence of zero testing with real world players and the wheel is the class one example.

My main issue is events, i want to drive cars around tracks!

Yes, of course, tell those who couldn't play it for more than 30 hours because of that update, or you'll even tell me the same thing the day the servers close forever and it's unplayable being just a paperweight
I dont know about you but by the time they shut the GT7 servers down i`ll be playing GT8 or 9 or something else, unless they plan on closing them down anytime soon, which i doubt very much.👍

I mean, have you never revisited an old game? Fair enough if you haven't, but I'd wager there are more people on this forum (or even community as a whole, include the Reddit, the Discords, etc.) that have played GT1-6 more than a few times through than those who haven't.

I think I've done about 5 playthroughs of GT2, about 3 of GT4, and I've done 5 and 6 through a couple of times. People love revisiting old games, and revisiting old memories. It's not such a surprise that people are unhappy with the fact they might not be able to do it with GT7. Yamauchi himself recognises people enjoy and play the old ones on repeat.

The Saint is coming...

It's time to prey, to prey for hope, hope the Escudo's price doesn't get to high... Not high to the clouds :D

Edit: With the Escudo, we almost forget the hotrod added car, such a good vibe coming.

You should start a gofund me for a new keyboard.

It'll become a paperweight like you said, or they'll update it at the end of life to avoid that.

No point to continue harping on about it, they're not going to change it.
At least I try, not like most, who even DEFEND him

If this is really the case, why does it make you MANDATORY to be connected to the Internet, apart from the traps? Don't you realize that by doing that the only thing you will do is that when the servers are closed it will be UNUSEABLE?

I’m still confused how they’re down to only 3 cars a month from the 6-8 average they were doing in Sport’s heyday.

This update needs sweeping fixes and a major expansion to the event list, and at least one new track to give me any hope for the future of this game.

Looks to be the best update yet, Can’t wait to drive the escudo, hope for a track, and a lot more events, would also be good time to add high payout races on more tracks, i want the dodge challanger demon and Ferrari 812 superfast witch both was at datamine
