We run weekend mornings from 9:00-11:00a.m. The time zone is United States EST. I believe the time difference versus South Africa is about 6 hours, so it would be early afternoon (3:00p.m.) on your end.

I still want to go through with it. We could, at worst, just have a grid of 4 players. Obviously, I’d want a bigger grid, but the show must go on.

Thanks for hosting the race. I didn't manage to save the race replay...

@LineR32 your pit strategy is good. I had to save fuel for the final stint despite going on mediums.

I shifted around 7K rpm (Bit of Red on the bar in the Scooby.) Had to shift the brake balance to the rear and change the torque split when the tyres went bad. Going onto the medium compound wasn't good though, I needed the soft tyres to get the lap times back up in the second stint.

Yup, just the sweet spot there. Especially when we had to play with the fuel mapping to keep to a 1-stopper, or max everything out for a 2-stop.

Plays a lot into strategy, though we wished to have an expanded grid for more twist.

Sounds good. Just wish they'd update the game on a Tuesday, so I don't have to wait a week to play the new stuff with my friends.

Racing schedule has been modified. The event will now be 6 races, but laps have been reduced in the others to fit us in the 2-hour timeframe. Since it’s a one-make without tuning, we should be able to get from one race to the next fairly quickly.
