Gran Turismo Sport 1.34 Update Now Available: Five New Cars, Autopolis Circuit and More

Last time I drove on Autopolis was in NFS Shift. Quite a unique addition but still a good one at that :)

how on earth did they manage to recognize this track?
Similar corners. And the scenery despite being very basic might pack some recognizable stuff, like the mountain shape.

Do birds tweet in the background of all the tracks? I'm only just noticing it on this new one. My dog is so confused, lol.
Yes, mosy of them are.

Love it. Already becoming smitten with the new Supra.... debating upgrading IRL. Its fun to drive on the new track, which is also a lot of fun to drive. The layout is a blast.
Looking forward to getting into the other cars.
Thanks PD!

There was a map in one of the photos.

I think that was the first time we've seen footage of GTS.
That's reasonable and convincing.

Hmm, that's beyond my capability. I may know some of the most famous corners but Autopolis...
I've never heard about it before!

So is a 911 RSR and it is in Group 3. What is your point?
It's there but it shouldn't IMO. What happened to PC1 is happening with GT Sport, classes being mixed. Thankfully it was reviewed on PC2. Now, if you think the current grouping of cars is right, I have nothing against it.

A wonderful update. Despite a small amount, I loved the inclusion of a Gr. 3 race car. This is very important. And I also loved the inclusion of a true and spectacular autodrome.

I hope GT1 cars show up this year, cars like CLK-GTR, Porsche GT1, F1 GTR Longtail, Lotus Elite GT1 etc. And I hope they are added in the Gr. 2 group.

Will we have another Japanese circuit at the end of this month? Maybe Motegi? By the way, the SF19s were first presented at Motegi. But, I would rather Sugo.

I think the McLaren should have gone in Gr2, to comepete against the Super GT cars. Different era, but the McLaren did compete in Super GT (JGTC at the time) against Supras and Skylines...and it wooped them pretty handily too. To me, that’s a more reasonable “stretch” in terms of grouping, as opposed to lumping it in Gr3.

New jelly car at new track

Even the AI Rolls

The final PD Logic on my main channel.

First 2 videos are funny lol

Third one cant figure out if buddy is being serious or not.

By Golly tho dont waist your time clicking on it. Just pointless rambling about nothing

Perhaps the PD plans for the Gr 2 group is to add the FIA GT1 cars such as the Mclaren F1 GTR Longtail 98, the CLK GTR, the Porsche GT1 98, the Toyota GT-One etc.

I think PD wanted a representation in Group Gr. 3 of this iconic car.

Never heard of Autopolis before but wow what a drifty dream. I think it might take the crown from Tsukuba as the drifter's track of choice. My 330 P4 was lovin' it. New cars rock too. Although I'm yet to take the Mazda hairdresser car for a spin.

I'm silently (and also not so silently) praying that maybe Mr @praiano63 loves the new cars enough to give them the Praiano tweakage treatment

By the way, did you get the clean race bonus? Quite a pile of Cr.! (credits)

Not in the Gr3 endurance, i was in full learner mode then so i naturally had a few offs, whacked the pit wall and bumped into a couple of cars! By the time it came to doing the 10 lap Gr2 race i felt far more confident. Nearly lost it twice in the same spot but i got the clean race bonus.

The McLaren would get the snot kicked out of it if it was in the current Gr2. Modern Gr2 cars are on pace with non-hybrid LMP1 cars.

It's like all of y'all suggesting this have never seen the Gr2 cars race in general.

Sugo please. Learned of that track on PC2 and love it. Add Algarve too:cheers:

So i've done the 30 laps endurance of Autopolis and it's probably one of the most tiresome tracks due to how much concentration you have to be on every turn.
Can't imagine racing that track without manuals, i've done it on Automatic and it's a nightmare keeping up.
Also got fooled by the pitstop and wrecked on it.

I can’t decide which car I want to drive around Autopolis first :banghead: Torn between the F40 or GTO, and something Japanese. Really wish there was some 90’s Super GT cars.

It's a sneaky bastard, that's for sure.

Lol PD can fake the BoP, like the do with every other car class. They make Sauber C1 competitive against a Toyota LMP1, they could make a McLaren competitive against the Super GT grid.

It’s like all’s y’alls thinking car A belongs in Class Y because of some “real life performance numbers” are clueless to everything in GT being completely fudged and handled with things like linear “grip multipliers”.

As far as never seen them race...only watched every season of Super GT and DTM since 2014. Make fewer assumptions about people, it’ll do you well in the long run.

The F1 gtr was a 90’s jgtc car.

completely skipped past this. Apologies!

It's supposed to be somewhat realistic.

Much like the GrpC cars with the P1's, the F1 with modern GT500 would be very stupid.

The McLaren never ran in the top class at Le Mans, it ran in the top production-based class. There were two prototype classes. A WSC Porsche-engined prototype won in 1996 and 1997. In 1995 heavy rain overnight helped the McLarens. Basically it was in a category that is equivalent to where Gr3 sits at current Le Mans
