So like I said narrow tastes...PS4 has a lot of high rated, quality exclusives this year alone. Heck Ps4 has more this year then Xbox will have had in several years.
No, you're not listening, it wasn't narrow taste. I specifically keep mentioning I liked the games, just not deeply enough to drop 400 dollars, especially so soon after purchasing an xbox. GTS should have been the reason for me to make that stupid decision, and when I saw what it was, it helped me hold off for the time being. Either way, you're dragging this too far off topic.

It was literally a combination of things, since you keep missing that for some reason.

Possibly a look at some online menus/ other elements of UI in this pic.

Just watched the entire MX-5 lap. The physics look dramatically different from the beta. Especially all of the instances of lift-off oversteer. It looks like this build my be showing off the physics with no aids turned on:

The spiking potentiometer for the throttle is obvious but lift off ovesteer, where?

For the physics i don t know but i am sure they have fixed the G force on the body , mainly the head of the pilot. The exagerated lateral and longitudinal move was prejudicing a lot the pilot , turning difficult the idealization of an ideal driving line. It seems fixed, great.

New car spotted: GRMN 86. You can see in the rear view mirror, and then it passes at about 11:10. I can just make out the "GRMN" on the trunk.

EDIT: My bad, this has already been found in the car list thread.

Arguably the best GT game was the one that had the least amount of content , so i'm not even slightly worried with the supposed lack of content. If people feel this game isn't their cup of tea , there are other choices wich might suit them better. I am going to be playing PC2 , GT , F1 , etc , people aren't limited to a game.

GT Sport might not have the biggest amount of content , but it feels amazing to me and many others. GT Sport is the new GT3 , pretty much.

Is it me or does the game look..... well pretty much done and polished? Unless there is still a surprise or two but I doubt it.

Still could use some more polish. Dragon Trail still has the awful trees for some reason, the light and shadow play in cockpit on Tokyo at night needs to have smoother transitions like in GT6, and there's some notable pop-in in the new Nurburgring replay. I'm glad they still have 2.5 more months to polish, plus we don't know how rain or fog looks during gameplay.

There was a video that showed that you can earn credits and XP from Arcade Mode (it was a night race on Tokyo), I also saw that it had a large amount of stock cars available at the get go, with the additional ability to select from your personal garage - it'll be interesting to see if there's any other extra functionalities it'll have.

remember this video, the guy play the new build. He mention in it have rain and foggy in the new build in the beginning of the video. So are we going see in launch trailer when getting close to release date with this on or not ? Back 2016 for revealing the game. Kaz say no weather in it but it have wet tire in the beta. Is Kaz trying get rain with foggy to work together on the game while running 60fps ? Is reason why he can't promise the weather conditions on this game ? Mmmm I wonder.

Unless something changed since May 2016, he only said that it would not feature dynamic weather:

Ha, yes I'm interested in looking at FPS with rain falling as well. Given how sweet GT5 rain looked, and how good the most recent GTS footage looks, I'm getting mentally prepared for my mind to be blown

Just saw something in this that caught my eye...

Notice the blue button.. "Driver Contract"

So we'll be "signing" virtual contracts to manufacturers, and I assume it'll be for the Manufacturer's Cup. I like it.

Nice find.

"FIA-GT Championships Manufacturer Fan Cup 2017 Season 1"

Not only does this take us to past GT's, but what's this "Season 1" business? Are those seasonal events?

Probably the first season of the Cup, and then it'll have a Season 2, 3, 4, etc.

On the multiplayer.it video, we can see Dragon Trails. It's much muche better ! What was annoying was the flat trees. There, I haven't seen.

Am I the only one who can't wait to play this game? All this new information is only adding to the excitement for me... I'm keen to try out this campaign mode, looks interesting enough - for a little bit. The approach may be completely different from GT's of the past, but I'm not looking at this information in a negative way - I haven't seen a single car which doesn't warrant it's place. The new fantasy tracks are controversial yes, but you gotta understand that these will provide a unique experience, which is something I want from this game. Real world tracks can only be so amusing after appearing in previous iterations. I love the fact that GT is trying something new and different. Yes I know that the traditional GT formula was very solid and made for some memorable moments, but things have changed. For the worse or for the better, it's your choice but I stand firm in saying that this is a welcome change for the series. The experience is everything for me.

What does it means exactly please.

Use mileage to increase the ratios of powering up your car. The extent to which a car is powered up depends of the individual car.

I think we have to drive a car individually for a certaib distance so we can upgrade the ratio of power i guess?

Seems to me to mean that the more miles you do in a car the greater you can increase your cars power ratio. Which if true is just a joke if this means that people who have less time to play are going to be at a disadvantage.

Perhaps just like in others GT and the 5% HP boost lasts for 200 km ?? I just hope we will not have to change oil... again!

We really need more info on this. Surely when you are making a game that is focussed on properly sanctioned online racing the most important thing is to have a level playing field so that it's the skill of the driver that makes the difference, hence the need to make sure the BOP works correctly. If you are going to be at a distinct advantage against other drivers because you can spend more time playing the game then that is going to ruin it for a lot of people.
