Advertising campaign seems to have begun in the UK. My sister told me she saw an advert for it on the side of a bus.

I imagine this is just for the demo, though.

I've preordered GT Sport from GAME.UK & judging from all the people saying that FIFA 18 & Destiny 2 hadn't turned up on release day (for some, it took a week for Destiny 2 to arrive) so now I'm not confident in preordering from GAME.UK.

Anyway, I've been reccomended to preorder GT Sport Steelbook edition on Amazon.uk, is Amazon.uk trustable? & where has everybody else preordered from? I'm starting to stress over something so silly because I feel like I'm not going to get GT Sport on release day. I don't know if this is the correct thread to be writing this in, if it's not then please move this. Thanks in advance.

I always pre order from Amazon get the game a day before official release

Nice new site.

I guess the livery editor will be limited too, in terms of available decals and whatnot. Can't wait to try this mode...!

I've been absent for about 8 days (I don't think I've ever left my computer for so long!) and coming back on to see that there's a demo isn't such a bad thing. I sort of anticipated it but it's still great for someone who hasn't played a new GT game in almost 4 years (Yikes! That long?:scared:) Yet this isn't an ordinary demo, which makes it way better. Crap, I've only just got a handle on Project Cars 2 and now GT Sport? What a spring I have in front of me...

This is completely off topic but it seems that GTS may just have slighter chance at succeeding in terms of sales. From some reactions that I've seen, PC2 doesn't seem to be doing as well as it was thought to and FM7 seems to be under fire because of microtransactions being in the game(something to do with a VIP, something...I don't know). My question is, how much will these affect GTS 's sales numbers, if at all?

Don't think by much, but there will be some effect. I don't remember the last time I've seen such negativity about a Forza game. Shame they're ruining a great game underneath.

I really hope the servers hold up in the demo though. If they mess that up -- then this will def affect sales.

Here my thought some up for 2017 racing title the big 4.

PC2 is under fire about bug and glitch and the AI that they promise to fix also the crushing on console and pc since PC1. They already burn the bridges one time. The game is not doing so hot because of that.

Forza 7 is back again with after hot start with from forza horizon series. They able to build repution with the release each good forza game almost catch against GT brand but they throw away with microtransactions and lootbox. They make people hate it when they find out and back fire at them. The media and the user going hard Microsoft and T-10 because this issue.

Now GT Series is the legendary racing game brand the most fan love and support almost over 20 year. The brand expand to Motorsport. It have good relationships with big manufacture lead create exclusive vision gt car. It have all the big backing from the Motorsport industry From FIA to super gt driver and professional driver that race in F1. They even sponsor a official FIA drifing event in Japan and Nurburgring. They even created real racing team compete in other Motorsport, sponsor other driver.
Kaz able create hid vision from ps1 game to become no one expected to influence other racer this day. Right now after 4 year hiatus afte GT5 and GT6. After he announc Gtsport to be professional Motorsport racing game to lead becomes real driver. It became competitive racing game with real people and less about A.I. This kaz vision.

For need speed will it good arcade racer until EA coming around to mess with it. It still EA game.

This my though on 2017 so far lol

Looks like a substantial demo. Plus with all the things that you can carry over to the full release version it sounds worth the download. Quite surprised actually. But I suppose it makes sense to have a large test base try most of the features to discover any bugs (i'm sure there will be) and start work on a patch for release.

Although did they really have to start the 4 days on a Monday? Come on now, some people have to work during the week, sheesh. A Friday would have be been better for me. Oh well, better than nothing I guess.

I won't know what to do, focus on racing or liveries or photos. I'm sure I'll try all of them, but likely won't have a lot of time for each. :(

I'm curious to see how the environment is in Sport Mode with all the new players. The first few days of the beta were complete chaos as the SR/DR system started everyone at equal levels, and slowly calmed down as people got ranked properly. I'm betting it'll be the same here in the demo, I hope people will have the patience for it.

I wonder if this demo will either reset or keep your current DR/SR. I'm moving over to a different PSN from the one I used in the beta.
