Something clearly does not add up here, either the windscreen wipers are just there for nothing or Polyphony are deliberately hiding rainy weather conditions for better optimization. Why put windscreen wipers to work in the first place??
The tire can be confirmed there are certain parts of the game that has a wet road settings ala GT3/4 style with no rain. But the WIPERS do not make any sense
unless it is just for the foggy conditions...sigh.

unless it is just for the foggy conditions...sigh. yes see trick is if you left game on from yesterday lets say you left it on replay . so today you can go back to that race and play it again. i left it on Stage 1 missions, so i can play all 8 stage 1 missions as much as i want to. but i cant choose notin else. so until i stay there those events will work for me still

If you played the demo, you gonna gets:
1- your Credit ( Money )
2- Millage
3- Distance
But you wont get your achievements, and your Driver Level, and youll lose all the Progress EX: Driveing school, Arcade ..etc
- You can Buy cars now ( Theres no new cars , just few cars same at Demo, just wait for the update they will do more cars ).
- You cant Upgrade your cars
- You can use your millage points on Millage Store. ( still no new things there ).
- You can sell cars
Lets Start whats on
1- Arcade: Theres 48 Single Races
2- Campaign: Same but you can play them all
3- Sport Mode: You must get the Licence Certificate before you go online Race ( By watching Videos )
4- Brand Central : still didnt see them all i think they didnt add new cars
5- Lobby: same as Demo

Not really an upgrade. It was a way to unlock parameters in the setup menu (Power range etc)

Do we have to pretend that the lack of rain is "OK"? First, the save online only, then missing features like rain, clubs... Maybe I'm wrong and all these features will be avalaible this week. But so far, the vagueness about DLCs and features is annoying to put it midly.

The mention of intermediate tires and heavy wet tires could either imply rain settings or just wet road tracks (but it still does not explain the freaking wipers!)

seems like here in Zone3 ASIA are able to preload now - you can check if other regions got the preload on their way now It'll likely should be up now
and IMPORTANTLY it seems that we'll need to download just whole new game , separated from the demo (he did have demo installed too)
