No, it's called Northern Isle Speedway, no such real track exists.
Objection!

It's Bristol Motor Speedway, but with a fictional name on it.

One thing I like about this short video...look how much sawing of the wheel he does. Too early to draw definite conclusions obviously but it's a possible indicator of a better FFB model and perhaps enhanced physics as well. Reminds me a bit of Assetto Corsa where you feel your way around the track and are constantly responding to the information the wheel is giving you.

I'm actually a bit worried on the car class though.

An Audi R18 facing a Bugatti VGT and Mazda LM55? I know for a fact that the Mazda and Bugatti can still be a good matchup but using it against the Audi? Also what about the Tomahawk Race Spec? Its on Group 1 and we all know that has a lot of power so did PD nerfed the HP for the Tomahawk?

So going by their 'all cars remade' thing and the cars included I guess they started making cars in the new way towards the end of GT6 development and going forward.

There aren't any 'old' GT5 or GT6 cars, that I've noticed.

Looks like the trailer was made in a hurry.

Yup, a few very shoddy looking shots, the one at 3:27 has a very rough grass texture on the right. Strange to see in a trailer.

Lol people judging the game and we still got like 6 months until comes out. Pretty sure a lot is gonna change by then

People say this with every game, PD said it with GT6, it's very rarely true.

Yeah it does seem very odd. There has to be tiers to it because I don't quite believe the little Alfa is going to be holding its own against the Corvette. Unless the Performance Points returns with some new balancing parameters to even things out.

Still not sold on the Livery Editor, the stickers you add could be limited so will reserve judgment.

It looked impressive and fully featured but then I thought maybe as you said there is a real low decal limit or we are stuck with a small set of premade company decals / logos and shapes.... or maybe manufacturer specific decals which can only be applied to certain cars etc. I guess we will have to see it in more depth.

It is fantastic to see Ireland get a look in with the Scapes locations. Having said that, it is a pity we are not part of competing countries. Still, nice to see Rwanda on the list under Europe...

The GT Sport website says cars in each group have had their performance balanced so as to all be competitive.

I'm gonna go off a limb and think that they're all balanced for competition with some BoP system. Don't know if PD still has the PP system in place or not.

Northern Isle looks quite a bit larger and wider than Bristol. Seems like it will have more of Homestead feel to it.
Northern Isle Speedway: The half-mile short oval (approx. 900 meters) is popular in American motorsports, and it appears for the first time in Gran Turismo. The width of the track is 16 meters wide and has banks set at a 31-degree angle, which provides for exciting racing, allowing cars to go two or three wide at a time.

That is Bristol.

they are matched, see the SRT PPs... that´s the gts-r version and you couldnt get those PP in gt6, maybe fastest cars are detuned

Hopefully they learn this time from their PS2 cars which were supposed to be future proof and weren't, as well as their PS3 cars which were supposed to be future proof and weren't, and they'll just build assets of an appropriate level for current hardware and let the future worry about itself.
