Man, the hype really brainwashed some people back then.

To be fair, back before GT5 there was every reason to believe that Polyphony was really going to deliver all the things they said as a quality product. All their games before had been spectacular. GT5P was small but very impressive.

The difference now is that Polyphony has been talking bollocks for the last couple of games, and yet some people are still treating it like this is Polyphony 2004. Not the same company at all.

So with this PS4K coming, will we probably have the same quality in-race as we will have in Scapes?

PD stated on their GTS page that the quality in-race will be slightly lower then in Scapes so that's why i wonder.

Gran Turismo 3 will retroactively destroys Gran Turismo Sport.

Gran Turismo 3 has, Apricot Hill Raceway, Grand Valley Speedway, Deep Forest Raceway, Midfield Raceway, Super Speedway, Test Course, Trial Mountain, Complex String, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Smokey Mountain, Swiss Alps, Tahiti Circuit. Tahiti Maze. City circuits, Côte d'Azur, Rome Circuit, Seattle Circuit, Special Stage Route 5, Special Stage Route 11, Tokyo R246. Gran Turismo 3 has 150 cars, compared to 140 in Gran Turismo Sport. It has music from Jimi Hindrex, Judas Priest, Lenny Kravitz, Snoop Dog, Motley Crue, and Goldfinger!

Yeah, like the social feature of PSN GTS social feature is going to be useless aswell... I don't care what car you bought even if I know you IRL... Most useful feature would be to look at stats and if they could add the ability to gift/trade cars that would be cool aswell but a wall full of things like: GTEFGHA just completed a race! thats just stupid.
