We dont know if the game is good or bad, the game isnt finished yet. Have you play GT Sport? if not then you can't its bad or good.
The game is almost finished. I've seen BF1 at E3, which is not finished, which I have not played, which will release at around the same time as GTS, and it looks pretty good and fun. It is however the opposite for GTS.

"Looks" is the key word here, many good looking games end up dissapointing (Star Wars Battlefront, Watch Dogs, Assassin creed Unity) and many poor looking game ended up good (Spec Ops: The Line, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Assetto Corsa). Just because it looks good doesnt mean it will be good.

I never said it will be good 100%, but the informations and gameplay showed looked very promising. And I have no idea about the games you mentioned except AC, and I never expected it to be bad. And everything shown about GTS is simply wrong. There are those that are confirmed (no career, no dynamic lighting, no dynamic weather, few cars ans tracks) and those that people expect to change with very strong faith in PD (sound, physics, AI, lag). But based on experience, these wished changes will not happen.

You seem easily impressionable. BF1 looks like any other war shooter. Not sure what you were expecting to see in a driving game - you drive cars in it. Nothing spectacular happens there. It's you against the track.

What would you consider fun in a driving game other than driving ?

Graphics are amazing (still work in progress), sounds are much improved and reached an "OK" level. (still work in progress). Physics are much improved from the reports and driving is fun (not "little" like your hyperbal signature is saying)

This of yours is not a calm opinion but a mad rant and is impossible to take seriously.

Assetto is not looking good or bad. Assetto is already the best (or at least one of the best) simulator if we talk about phisics and force feedback. It is very difficult to me to imagine that it wont be good whet it releases in August.

@KevinHeryanto I'm sure you aware of this, but you've been double posting a bit.

On topic:

I honestly don't see how AC getting Porsche affects GTS in a negative way. GT already has RUF planned in, so I'm thinking there really won't be a way for them to cram Porsche in.

What I was expecting? Ok Grid 2 ai from 2013:
AC physics 2 years ago already way above as well as multiple other sims
Sounds: almost anything else beats it.

I noticed the crowd moves around some. Knowing that this isn't a wish list thread, I would personally want to see a crowd sitting at first, and when the cars come, they rise and begin cheering. That would be pretty cool, because, paired with these graphics, it would look 100% real.

Yeah, I like these things, it really adds to the immersion. Make the tracks look more alive.

Look here at those people walking at the paddock:

So natural.

We need at least all the old known cars with nice graphics that previous GT games didnt have and forza has.
A little open world map like a city or something for the campaign mode, making photos, meet with friends in lobbies (not racing) and driving to go to an event, race etc.
Also, that little map may be expanded a little more after some updates.

Project cars physics are overly amazing :bowdown:.

GT sport physics will be unbelievably amazing :bowdown:

Assetto corsa physics will undeniably amazing.:bowdown:

All three games will be amazing but then there are the sofa experts :lol::lol: on vehicle dynamics here who happened to be Motorsport development engineers. Who's opinions formula 1 teams and drivers must value highly on the subtle differences between vehicle dynamics.

"Let's go Champ"..... Let's get ready to rumbleeee. Lol

If PD can get Porsche as lmp1 and GT3 cars in the game, then that is better then if they didn't get them. But Japanese are like

"We got Datsun (Nissan) who needs Porsche"
:lol::lol:

Here's a list of things I'm hoping PD will show footage of over the next few months:

Weather system (i.e. rain) - I'm not expecting any kind of standing water like in Forza 6, but if it looks amazing, it will no doubt be a highlight of the game.

Damage system - Again, I'm not expecting much, since the game has been influenced heavily by the FIA, but it's been said to be a present feature, so hopefully they won't disappoint. I'm hoping for mechanical damage at least to add to the racing challenge.

Dirt racing - It's definitely in the game, but we've only seen a handful of screenshots of it. Maybe we can get information about some kind of rally style championship as well. No word of a snow course, but we could get a surprise :)

Currency/item system - The pre-orders feature credit bonuses, but assuming that performance parts will be limited, most of the credits will be spent on cars and racing gear. Maybe we will get an explanation for the 'items' as well.

The gifs are there to ilustrate the subject been discussing.

What a negativity.

So you are not happy to only complain about the game, you also need to complain about users posting things about the game?

That's a new low.

Where was he complaining about the game?

It's not unreasonable to expect people to use the thread literally dedicated to images and videos for image dumps. Loading some pages can be taxing on mobile – where a signifcant portion of our userbase does their browsing these days – so while it can be expected over in that thread, people shouldn't have to deal with it here too.

Ironic that you dismiss others as "sofa experts", but are somehow able to categorically state how good unreleased games' physics will be.

When you're done with it, may I borrow the time machine?
