Technically he trashing the car.
Technically he trashing the car.
You mean that one from Gran Turismo 2. Yes, they had it, but removed it asap. It wasnt free roam though.
That's a rally modified version.
What is your point?...You do know that 959 was conceived as a Group B rally car, right?
Possibly to point out the view you originally had that FH3 is nothing but fantasy/fast cars in comparison to GT Sport. What is your point?
Yup. Some of which being in the same class as LMP1 cars as well. Pure fantasy.Possibly to point out the view you originally had that FH3 is nothing but fantasy/fast cars in comparison to GT Sport.
Which was ironic on the fact alone that GT Sport has its fair share of fantasy VGT cars to begin with.
So? That means that they aren't trashing it?That's a rally modified version.
800 pages for a game that doesn't even exist yet, mind you! It's pretty impressive how we've had almost 800 pages
Not quite, it was a homologated Group B car, which covered both circuit and rally events....You do know that 959 was conceived as a Group B rally car, right?
Getting back on topic (FH3 and GTS), you are ultimately comparing the experience with either game rather than inherent features, and this can apply to whatever racing games you compare
True. A game with so many good reviews. I can tell you if it was a ps4 game, it would be a huge seller. Now, XboxOne I don't know. Will be interesting to see how many copies FH3 sells in relation to the 'racing genre going down the pan' theory...

No more arrows for the blind spot indicators. Now there are two discs in the center HUD, one by side. (Awful roof cam as always...)
Odd we're still doing the whole 'ultimate-secrecy-except-actually-showcasing-the-games-at-events' thing.
Perhaps the game has been delayed till late next year and this GT Sport isn't representative of the final product even more-so than a usual preview build.
Like people have posted...
...to have this ready by November, by their own team, too much for them to handle. I even wonder if it could be done by the end of next year...
I think the main thing that Forza Horizon does really well is be heaps of fun to play. There's just so many "that was :censored:ing cool!" or "I wanna do this awesome thing" moments that it's very refreshing.
I'd love GTS to have some of that passion for cars and driving in it. I find that there are few moments in the PS3 games where I think to myself "that was :censored:ing cool!" Maybe they hope for online to provide that engagement.
Not to get into a deep vs but just to illustrate your point this is Forza's idea of goofy fun:
This is GTs:
I know, I know, one is arcade but it still shows their differences in ideas.
With GT5/6 people tried to create their own goofy fun. Cops and robbers was a very popular online lobby and illustrates that point. Some people were playing a version of car soccer at the Top Gear Track in GT5. Dirty Nascar was also a popular event. I'd add cruise lobbies into that mix as well. How many people really like drifting? We have official drift events in the game but no purpose built drift tracks like we've seen on tv or YT. So the answer is yes, GT is also about goofy fun. I have no doubt, given an open world area or two, many, many, many GT players would also engage in the type of fun you see above but, as a minimum, would also like to see official Cops and Robbers, Cruise and other "fun" lobbies online.Lol, that reliant video is funny, but since when has GT been goofy fun?
Does AC do similar? PCars? Who gives a toss?
