Google does a decent enough job.

Michael Sparks a motoring icon and Portuguese nationality, a perfect combination, is not it?

In his youth, Michael Sparks was a regular player of Gran Turismo, which made ventured on GT Academy, an initiative of Nissan in partnership with PlayStation. In 2012 he risked, but could not, but this defeat was that it did not give up, the next year he tried again and his dream came true, surpassing thousands of competitors. "My life changed completely, took a giant leap" - says the pilot.

In this end-of-week, Michael Sparks returned to compete at the Estoril route, running at home in the league European Le Mans Series, representing the Eurointernational team, the rider was sixth after a penalty for speeding in the output of the boxes . Michael Sparks also said that it was still a good result because the team did not have very high expectations.

"I really enjoyed, it is always good to come back and compete, and I think there was no better place to do it than in Estoril, which was where I made the last race in Portugal and with the support of the Portuguese public."

The pilot for this race trained with his old friend Gran Turismo, but Miguel Sparks used Gran Turismo Sport to prepare and added that, "The Gran Turismo Sport is fantastic for the accuracy of the details of the cars and the tracks where we can compete, coupled with graphical improvements, they get closer and closer to reality. "

Well, the last sentences actually sounds like he used Estoril in GTS to train. But I wouldn't say Estoril is confirmed until we'll have something more specific, like official info from PD or at least the exact "I saw Estoril in GTS" sentence.

A bit late to translate.
But yeah, as it was mentioned above, nothing really important in that article.
Some could speculate about a possible inclusion of both the car and track in the game, due to his statement about training for the race with GTS, but it's a very bland statement and could very well be just marketing, since the car is sponsored by the GT series and Playstation.

I'm jealous about everyone who got to experience GT Sport from that Cooper Event all the way to now. Even if i'm more into Forza nowadays, i won't leave GT behind until i play and experience how good it is.

Did anyone notice the "GT5 Prologue" logo on the right set? :P

Only if was crazy enough to go on a 470-ish km road trip just to sit on that and play. I totally expect to see little to no wait since i believe Racing "sims" are even more niche over here.
