Sure, but since I post on a desktop, and the pictures just help visualise my post, it looks much different to me.
It's also a lot to scroll through on a PC. It's just especially so on mobile.

But I will try that next time, but if i used that feature, then it would not really be a spoiler then would they? LOL.

If your finger getting tired from scrolling?
Not so much so that it can't press other buttons when a simple request to make things nicer for everyone is met with unnecessary sass.

What is it with entitled morons not leaving space for a Qualy lap and fighting for position to ruin both laps?

Edit: Lol, DR A but SR B, tried to biff me off at Les Combes, ran wide at Pouhon and rejoined into the side of me, actually biffed me off at Blanchimont so I ended up 13th, blamed me for being "too slow", finished the race two spots and 2.5s ahead of me, and with DR and SR both down.

Some people are just ass-clowns.

Was all excited about this morning, I even splashed out the 20 million on the Merc. Sadly my 3 races were just shocking. First 2 Qualification laps on my main account were ruined by idiots thinking QT was the actual race and wiping me out. Started p16 for both. Managed to get into the top 10 both races only to get blown off the track by people who just seemed to be there to cause trouble. Decided to switch accounts as that would have me in B splits and I wrongly assumed it would be cleaner 🙈🙈🙈 Anyway, I started p5 and was sent to Narnia at the first corner 🤬🤬🤬 I kept going at the back for a few laps but was so dejected I just quit and turned off the ps5. Very disappointed as I don't get much time these days and it just gets ruined then 😕

That went pretty well. I qualified P9 and finished P2.

I decided to hop into the first GT1 slot at 2PM, and i was in the same lobby as @bliprunner, and it was nice to race against blip for the first time (iirc).

Qualifying never went well because i cut across raidillon a bit too much which gave me a 0.5 second penalty, which ruined my lap, plus i accidentally short shifted after the penalty zone as well. So i ended up qualifying down in P9.

The race went much better tho. During the first couple of laps, i gained a couple of positions and i was now in P4. Then later in the race P3 binned it while battling with P2, and then a couple of laps later P2 ended up binning it as well. During the last 3 laps, Bliprunner was slightly closing the gap each lap once he broke free from traffic, and that made the last couple of laps a little bit nervy because i didn't want to make a small mistake and allow Blip to close in even more.

I knew i maybe could've pushed a little bit harder and looking back at the replay confirmed that, because the people around me were braking slightly later for some of the corners and carrying a little bit more speed through Eau Rouge and Raidillon, but during the race i didn't want to risk anything since i was in P2.

Put it on pole by 0.888. I was excited until another guy finished a lap and was only .054 behind me, but still hopeful. I went a bit deep at turn 1, 2nd and 3rd went past. I thought it was pushy at the time but looking at the replay I went deeper than I thought. 3rd ended up with a penalty on the first lap and I took back the place until lap 8, where he eventually passed me. I followed and tried a move at Pouhon on the last lap, only to completely mess the corner up and nearly go wide. Couldn't get it back so I finished 3rd.

I did get a penalty the first lap I followed the other guy up the hill, and I had to go for a walk to see where:

I don't think it's possible to be 'off' the track less than this. Very frustrating to be comfortably(ish) in 2nd while 1st just disappears at the rate of a second a lap, but points are points. And I'm now in DR A for the first time in GT7, so I get to do the big boy races whenever they come back.

I had a better time of it than @Famine whose nemesis seemed a very angry man.

Tried the last slot of the night once I got back, bad QT so started last lap 6 I was up to 9th 3s back from 4-8th and closing as they were fighting.

Fractionally clipped a curb at the wrong angle and couldn't catch it. With 3 laps to go my ego and disappointment meant I quit.

I can appreciate people like this sort of racing but quite honestly I'm not Faggio and I'm much more Matt Neal/plato/chiltern.

To be fair, my actual race was fine and I had a good battle with a French guy.

Dip**** von ****sparkle appeared to have a time of it given he was already SR B and red arrowed at the end.
I saw you made up a bunch of places on the first lap so I watched the replay to see what happened. I wouldn't take it personally if I were you, I think he hit everyone from 8th and below before he reached the end of the straight.

The race was fine (for me 😂). It was the qualifying ****ery.

I was actually getting S1 purple every lap in the second half of the race.

This is the only round of the Nations Cup I've actually participated in. I liked the idea of a 1950s One make F1 race. But the reality was very different. I was lucky enough to come out unscathed. 249 points for 7th place, after starting 14th on the grid. I've attached 2 videos. One of a guy who caused damage to 25% of the grid, in a 326 point lobby full of very fast A+ drivers, and the other is the race from my POV. GT1 League needs to revise the whole heavy damage thing, because it's absolutely killing the fun experience of racing.

I find it massively disappointing that a quit at the end of the race has halved my SR. I don't care about the DR as that's ebbs and flows but SR hits for no contact racing or quitting 4+ seconds back seem a bit meh.

Oh well will repair that next week.

I'm genuinely starting to question these races now. Odd choices (fun granted) but things like the junior redbull Nurbs etc just doesn't feel like an esports title anymore.

I'll stop ranting there. Grrrrr

Hey, didn't realise you were a GTP'er! Nice drive!

Was happy with P3, early on I was hit three times by the guy who won, got a bit flustered and after a few mistakes fell back to P8, and then I was in recovery mode.

Was super grateful to the member of Tidgney's crew who gave me a bump draft and things turned around after that, obviously helped by the two chaps ahead who binned it. Was easy to do though, my son crashed with a 10 second lead in his B lobby race and came home second!

I did wonder if I could catch you but having started 3rd I so relieved to get back on the podium I didn't want to chuck it at the scenery! One of the drivers behind I have raced lots of times and never beat, so to come back past him was nice... good fun and will post some pics later!

GT1 6 pm North America,
Q10 with a penalty during qualification, sharing the grid with the legendary @Moose78, way way behind

The race was super fun, lots of clean passing.
I raced the entire time with rear damage, someone attempted an extreme bump draft on me, almost lost control.
I was in firm 7th at some point, but got few limit penality that but me back in the heat of battle.
Last lap I though 8th position was in the book, lost control exiting the hill of eau rouge, did a clean 180 and kept going but lost a position to finish 9th.

Congratulation @Moose78, I watched the replay, awesome comeback on lap 7th.

I ran the first GT1 slot (6 PM EST). It was an all-A lobby, including a few of other Canadian GTPers -- @Canucks_9419, @afc5150 , and @fardoche. I was in door #13, with 177 points up for grabs.

Qualifying went great. I posted a 2:35.456, which was a tenth off my best time in free practice. That put me in Q2.

The race got off to a great start. Q1 jumped the gun, and I jumped out to an early lead.

It didn't last long. The Q3 driver was right on my tail and managed to get by at Stavelot. Down to P2.

The two of us were I soon joined by @Canucks_9419, who had somehow blasted his way through the pack from Q9. It was a three-way battle for the lead.

We stayed pretty close over the next few laps. On lap 6, @Canucks_9419 got a run on me on down the Kemmel straight and went by. Down to P3.

On lap 7, it was my turn. The lead car had a bad run through Eau Rouge and held up @Canucks_9419. I, on the other hand, had a great run through. By the end of the Kemmel Straight, we were three-wide going into Les Combes.

gtws-nc-rd4-lead.jpg

I hit the apex and managed to get by the both of them. In the lead again.

@Canucks_9419 came out of it right behind me. He was breathing down my neck for the rest of the race, but I somehow managed to hold him off for the win.

177 points in my pocket and a much-needed DR boost. That was an epic race! So much fun. And great that I could share it with some other GTPers, especially @Canucks_9419. That was a blast!

Was in the lobby with @Moose78 and @fardoche and was having a pretty decent run in a pack with 6th through 9th when my Fanatec DD Pro decided to disconnect on lap 5 or so. Couldn't get it to connect and couldn't get to my controller before I was disqualified from the proceedings.
That is very frustrating, because we had very good run. I saw your car jitter while I was very close going on the inside, few seconds before you slowly drove straight out of a corner and disconnected. I watched the replay, I don't think I made contact and it was the game glitching.

I never had steering disconnecting on me (I used a Logitech g923), is it something you experienced before?
Hope to race you again soon.

That was easily the most fun I've had in Sport Mode in quite some time! It was awesome sitting front row watching you battle in the lead, and then battling with you myself!

Man, I wish every time could be like that. I also had no idea there was so many GTPers! Cheers to a good time everyone! @Moose78 @afc5150 @fardoche

Yes, it happened for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It seems the problem is the shaft backs off and the internal connector loses contact with the base. I thought I had it solved by replacing the stock C-type clamp with a split clamp design, but apparently not.

Just prior to it happening last night, I lost all force feedback a couple of times and was driving while pushing on the wheel trying to maintain contact, but it wasn't enough. It's a shame as our battle was shaping up to be really good. You can be sure there was no contact and my retirement was 100% due to problems on my end.

A decent result for me this season. Worth 1,950,000 credits.

The best part of the it, by far, was last night's race at Spa. It was hard, clean racing from start to finish in a really fun car to drive. It doesn't hurt that I came out of it with a win, either.

The rest of the season was kinda ho-hum for me. I missed the first round. The second, at SSRX, was the forgettable crap shoot it always is. The third round at Monza was decent, but a lap-1 incident forced me to spent the whole race trying to get back to where I started.

It was all good fun, though.

Looks like we'll have a few weeks, at least, until any new season is announced. That'll give me lots of time to do some manufacturer testing to prepare. See you all again then.

Despite only having 2 scores this series, I pulled in a cool 1.9 million credits, which I need as the Merc depleted my savings that I had been waiting to buy the 20M Alfa, which remains the last car that I need for the full set.

I do wish we'd get a proper season soon. These 4 round seasons are kind of lame, in my opinion. My biggest frustration this season was the massive hit I took to my SR at the SSRX round from bump drafting. At least that gave me an excuse (like I need an excuse) to do over 20 races at Nurburgring in daily A the following week to rebuild that lost SR.
