I like the RSX and the CL. I got a silver RSX with the $5 car code, and I was even able to switch wheels. I like the sound of the RSX a lot.
The CL is fun to drive with 458 HP.

I would have picked the Integra, but I can't stand the engine sound. So loud and annoying.

The PT Cruiser was my first car, and is also fun to drive.

Yeah the PT is ugly, that is for sure. But is the first car I started out on long ago.

I never thought about buying the PT as a first car. I used an old Miata and worked great for me. I got 1776 miles on the little bugger. I bought the PT cruiser and it sucked. I put rally tires on it and it was even worse. Oh well...

i bought the PT as my first car. ugly as sin, can't see over it in chase view, basically drives like a dump truck w/ three flats.

i miss the CRX from GT1/GT2. that was a good car. i may be just a little biased, because i have one.:smilewink

I'd personally go with a Honda NSX Type R.It's expensive at nearly 100,000 credits and probably overkill for that series, but you'll be able to use it in the Type R race series in the Beginner and Amateur leagues.Plus it's a sweet car to drive :)
Oh and power wise it's got 276 horses under the bonnet.

Buy a VX220 for 38k, it drives and goes just like a Lotus Elise for half the price! :D Or even cheaper, a MR2 GT-S for 27k - might need some tuning tho'.

(You can always win a NSX Type-R later). ;) :D

VX220 isn't in the PAL version AFAIK and you can only win a Honda NSX Type R at the Amateur League Type R meeting
Which means you're gonna need a Type R of some description to win it.I just went out and bought it,but then i had plenty of :2cents:

I'm in the UK (therefore PAL) and used a VX220 to win the Beginner MR. :) You can easily win the Type R meeting with an Intregra Type R for 25k - OK you need to tune it. :D

I already have the Acura Type-R (heavily tuned up) so I can use that one for the type-r races, the NSX seems pretty expensive and I don't have a lot of money yet, so the VX220 seems a pretty good option to me.

yeh, good choice going for the VX220. personaly i dislike the NSX, its getting dated compared to some of the newer and more advanced cars and you you can tell by the way it drives.
just my opinion

...any F1 car will blow the doors off your competition. If you don't have one, the Acura NSX Type R is your best bet. Just be careful with the throttle on corners.
