Yeah let's run around Brands Hatch is it against one of the fastest runners in Britain . I honestly don't know what I'd do if I were the organisers regarding format. Its a real real difficult one. There's people with experience behind the wheel I bet so I'm hoping its just the game.
Don't get me wrong I'd love the real stuff that's what I've always wanted and when I drove the SLS in the summer it really gave me a taste but the less unusual outside influences the better if they wanna find what they're looking for.
Its bad enough having to share a track with people who send one up the inside go off and leave you doing 2mph and you're supposed to be chasing the guy in front of them, or slipstream past you whilst you're doing a lap time they wouldn't be able to match.
The only answer really is time trials to find the best to put forward but that's a horribly boring format, no-one would enjoy that. Unfortunately though it stops people hindering you in the game far more than they ever would in real life and people like Ed have always got a target on their back which is unfair on him really.
I don't envy the guys thinking up the format at all but I suppose its impossible to be perfect so they've got to go with what feels the best and we've just got to put up with it hope for the best and hope the format favours us.
I think its easy to get confused with being entertained by Sony/Nissan with a fun experience or demonstrating to them the skills they're looking for even if its in a conservative way.
