Also, great entry Swiss and TW 👍 The thing with Swiss' entry though is the angle that gives it less action and feel of speed. I recognize that car though (Tune cars 2.0 week?) Great stuff 👍

I love TW's angle and the monotone colours, but maybe the monotone could've used more contrast, and the car definitly lacks a bit of clean-up. (I think I can see a mess of pixels on the lower part of the rear bumper). Other than that, this is turning out to be a great week with more entries and views than I've seen in a long time!

bram: thanks! but don't worry, coz i can't figure out corel pro right now. i lost my cs2 because i had to get my pc totally reformatted, so i'm basically lost in a jungle if i may say so. does anyone here have any experience with that program ? i can't even figure out how to use the bloody selection tools. so retarded. i feel like i'm trying to learn how to right after a brain surgery. grrr!

If you mean Jasc Painst Shop Pro, yes, I've worked with that program. The crappiest part is to deselect, you need to hold Ctrl and select your selection to remove it

not sure, but the one my pc came with is called the Corel Paintshop Pro Photo X2. and i don't really like it. well atleast not for gt4 editting. i havent tried real photos with it yet. but i can say now that the resources are a bit on the "ready made" side. i guess i just have to get used to it

no 80y, it's not you at all. btw, great entry swiss!! now i really think i should change mine, got my pc back today, and after a 78 dollar wireless adapter, i can finally connect online again. at the comfort of my own home! problem is, my pc doesn't have ps anymore. instead it has the corel paintshop pro photo x2. which i don't know how to use at all.

Thanks Adrian. You and I are in the same boat computer wise. Glad you finally have internet again. I am going to totally reformat windows. 👎 But at least I have my Powerbook now 👍

Thanks Bram. The problem wit that shot for me was that the more radial blur I used the more out of place the car looked. Even after extensive shadowing work. That is definitely from tuners 2.0 👍

also @ TW: That is one of the most realistic shots I have seen from you. Very nice indeed. I will also add a for ya!

This has been the Car/Location Combination I have used for so many entries. Call me person with lack of creativity, but if I could, I would only throw entries of the Honda Integra type R at Nasenjy (sp?) Phototravel Location.

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum (this is my first post) and I really like it.👍 I just hope you guys think my photo is halfway decent. I've never used GIMP before so that's why the blurring is messed up, but then again I've never done this before.

a valiant first effort.

the 2.0 comps are not the place to first enter unless you have PS experience. the PMC, unedited, CCCL, and other competitions offer lower levels of Photoshop work, meaning everyone is at a (slightly) more level playing field. I encourage you to enter the other competitions as well.

Also, ditch the wing and wash the car next time around. Unless you specifically need it, wings don't look very good. A car wash will bring out the shine of the car a little more. Other then those two little things, a very good first effort. 👍
