Regardless of weather you believe him or not, What he said reminded me that its Shuhei Yoshida that calls the shots, not Kaz when it comes to revealing GT7, as Shu is head of all 1st party studios. Fact is they need to strategise when to reveal the AAA big hitters and at what events to do so.

You (and him) are delusional if you think Kaz doesn't have any say in when he reveals his game. If that was the case, GT6 would have been revealed at an industry show like E3 instead of at Silverstone.

I'll make a prediction....

GT7 won't be shown off publicly until Sony is ready to go full-force on PlayStation VR supported game reveals. IF they plan on having it to market by May of next year, then PGW or PlayStation Experience would be the logical spots for such a thing to happen.

I don't think VR headsets will be that big of a deal this year/next year.

PlayStation VR has a goal of being out in the first half of 2016. Sony is going to make a big deal about it because they want it to be out in the market by the time Oculus is on the market.

I doubt GT7 is launched with the VR though... unless Sony decides to push VR back to Holiday 2016...

Unfortunatly, I cant take your prediction seriously, I would if it was a PCars prediction, unlike GT, you're always positive about Pcars. In any case, this is a speculation thread, why would you try downplaying what you claim is a speculation?

In any case, I agree with what you said regarding GT7 and VR.

Realistically, we have to see GT7 by PS experience. They have to nail down specs and price by then. At CES 2016, they should have PS VR and demos for them, Im expecting GT7 to be there. All speculation ofcourse.

I seem to remember people saying the really amateur appearance of the Team Oreca R8 LMS was proof of a livery editor too...

PGW, it's unlikely. PSX, it's possible, but we remain cautious.

What I hope is that Sony will not push PoDi. But we see that Kaz has become more important in the decisions so I don't worry too much

Everyone went crazy about how realistic the suspension simulation was, and it was pretty sweet.

I had to look at it over and over again, thinking it was real footage (since it was shown at the N24 event) for a good long time before I spotted something and finally realized it was GT6. I was like "nice! " haha

Wooooh. My dads birthday is that day. (Geir, who happens to be on my GT tattoo.) since my dad and I played GT a lot before he died, and I continued the tradition after he died, I gotta say I feel like PGW could be the one. Call me weird, call me dumb, but I got good response from SCEA and PD and Andrew Comrie Picard because of my story (if you guys saw the GT6 livestream you most likely saw my tattoo there too), so I like to believe my tattoo and my dad has super powers this time. I sound so dumb I know but please don't flame me. I just want to believe in it. Please let me.
