Years have passed since my last post here (I did not like the turn that the discussions had taken and the quality of the forum in general, but now it seems that the situation is a bit better:tup
Unfortunately, only recently with v.1.06 I was able to try the beta and I have to say that I'm loving it.
I'm a big fan of the photomode and I've already saved many pictures. I put some of my favorites ( or the most interesting)

Regarding the online experience I have contrasting opinions.
I found the netcode really great, my ping is between 30 and 40 with no lag, teletrasportations, etc... but the quality of the players is really bad the most of the time. There is no fair play at all:tdown:👎

Big thanks to Bodi for being an utter gentleman and not trying anything rushed even though being faster most of the time. Knew i couldnt hold him back at the straight, but was surpriced the Evora has either heck of a more go vs TT or draft is now benefiting both cars..not a change to pass him from the draft.

I was able to access the beta only recently with version 1.06 (long story ...) and I have not many cars.
Anyway, I noticed that detail just by chance zooming in replays
The quality of shaders and materials is really impressive already in this beta. Photomode will be glorious:tup:

A bit better?!
I do not believe it is being picky at this point. I agree in fact and probably many other aswell and many do not. The sound quality in GT sport is poor compared to other existing titles. Yes it is very much an improvement over past GT titles but does not justify as still sounding synthetic and sterile (lifeless), the crackles and pops are a nice edition to add towards immersion but listening to the engine note (in some point there is accuracy) it dissapoints to not being able to hear its roughness/agressiveness ( even so worse in this 1.06 update ) compared to other titles. And do not even try telling me this is not the game for me there are plenty other game out there that suits to my liking. I and many other people still hope for GT sport to be able to match other competitions out there and I stand by giving them as much critizism and feedback as possible in order for it to get fixed. So far I like the extra sound effects but is all but decent sounding to me.

All I can say is wow amazing never knew you could see that amount of detail of the paint on the bodywork in GT sport.Tried to take some pictures of the paintwork. On road cars with light colors is more easy to see when the sunlight hits them.

Todays races at Willow were very exciting. First time I had @turnupdaheat in front of me, but couldn't get passed him, because his Genesis had way better corner speed. But I did catch up on the straights. In the other race there also was a very good driver in a GT-R, who fought well. It was good racing.............

This kind of stuff makes me excited for the paint options and livery editor, here's hoping the color catalogue is as big or bigger than the past couple games 👍 👍 👍

Also, yay for Lamborghini Huracan GT3! I knew that they would comfirm it eventually. I was surprised to not see anymore Porsches though, still just the 911 GT3 RS.
