Does this count for this thread?
You can talk anything mainly related to GTSport, yesWe can talk about DLCs in the general discussion thread, right?
Seasonal events? If anything, GTS should follow what Driveclub did with their DLC and Season Pass.
Make it affordable and add good value for money content which over time has the possibility to become cheaper. Don't just give us cars but events for those new cars as well.
Paid DLC I believe is only right if you're adding good solid content to the game that is reasonably priced.
Seasonal events?
GT5s Special Events? Hahaha nah jk. I agree.Proper championships in the career would be better. Seasonals were mostly the same time trial or drift trials. It'd be good if DLC cars are properly integrated into the career mode IMO.
The comment implies that the car is coming to GT though, but the poster probably doesn't actually know anything. Not even close.
None of us know anything. That comment could be about nothing and just an image they picked of a car with their sponsor on it featuring the GT windshield banner of the VLN series. The comment implies that the car is coming to GT though, but the poster probably doesn't actually know anything.
And it said GT7 instead of GT Sport so...None of us know anything. That comment could be about nothing and just an image they picked of a car with their sponsor on it featuring the GT windshield banner of the VLN series.
Be sure to check back this weekend. Possible GT Sport information! OP updated with added 2016 event. I will be watching. (I don't actually know anything)
recent GTPlanet News excerpt:
"First mentioned on the Japanese PlayStation Blog, before then being confirmed by Polyphony themselves care of the PitStop, Gran Turismo will have a presence at this weekend’s Tokyo Auto Salon. There are some surprises to be had, too."
Those clamoring for more news on Gran Turismo Sport should temper expectations: while the PlayStation blog makes mention of a GT Sport video, the lack of information about it on the PitStop leads us to believe it will be the launch trailer. It seems unlikely that Polyphony would choose this event to showcase new information on the game, but not impossible, so we’ll nevertheless keep our eyes and ears peeled. There is, after all, a live stream for the show…
Not boarding the hype train this time.It also states...
"we’ll nevertheless keep our eyes and ears peeled." I got a little bit too hyped when I read it the first time.It also states...
Im more interested in what track its on.New picture taken directly from the Tokyo event stream (sorry for the bad quality, best I could get)
Isn't it Brands Hatch?Im more interested in what track its on.
Track looks nice and vibrant, very curious that they continue to use the VGT cars in promotion though. Are they going to feature very prominently in the game, or are they just saving the new, real car reveals for a bit later?
I guess they'll do a VGT 2.0 project for it? Kaz did say a lot of car makers really wanted to make a second Vision GT(Nissan was one of them and Bugatti VGT was last minute so they were definitely interested).Track looks nice and vibrant, very curious that they continue to use the VGT cars in promotion though. Are they going to feature very prominently in the game, or are they just saving the new, real car reveals for a bit later?

Someone made this with the info from the announcement video. Doesn't get much sooner than that...?
Not sure that necessarily has anything to do with GT Sport. As far as that goes itself, You might want to take this with you:
Personal Recommendation.
5 minutes too late for all that cleverness, buddy.
