Glad for update but...

As a cockpit driver only thing what I still miss is proper adjustment of hud. I need information on display but it should be adjustable by player.

And in cockpit view that fuel warning is unbelievable annoying and makes driving harder especially on N24 where that red information is gloving all the time. Jesus.

Ah fair enough.

There'd still need to be some hefty BoP to get DTM into Gr.2 with SGT, theres about a 20% power difference if I recall correctly. DTM ~500hp, SGT ~600hp.
When the DTM cars where in at motegi to go along with the SuperGt cars. The DTM cars were supposedly 5 or so seconds slower.

What's the difference between the 2 Redbulls? One is Junior and the other standard but I don't understand :confused:
Ones faster than the other..

I might be one of the few who thinks this is a really lackluster update. I expected more out of PD with the termination of GT6. A new track is cool but 3 more GTR's is not. Oh well I'm sure someone is happy about it.

I'm right there with you. Other than the M3 and a new racing class, I'm not finding much to love about this update. Not really a fan of the technical tracks like Tsukuba either. For me the tracks are by far the biggest need for the game and it's just such a water drip of content.

I wonder how long these free updates are going to last for. It will be interesting because I'm sure Polyphony will want to make any new tracks available in Sport mode races, so maybe tracks will be free as to not split the player base? Tbh I'm sure most who play the game regularly wouldn't mind paying some for new tracks.
I think cars and tracks will continue to be free. I think they will expand Sport by adding additional races for a fee/season and include tuning. Of course you'll still have your 3 dailes with no tuning.

I've been saying this for months now, any track is welcome the game desperately needs em.

Can't say Tsukuba is one of my favourites but the track is fun to be honest.

Glad to see the RedBull machines return, never tried it with a wheel so that will be fun.

Nice to see GT500 back (Gr.2 in this case) one of my favourite racing classes.

Last but not least.... E30!

(Why do i have to work tomorrow :ouch:).

I’m in love with this update already before it’s even released! First off, I’m really glad Tsukuba is coming back, one of my favorites from GT6. Second, GT500’S BACK BABY! Those things were some of my favorite GT cars in GT6, and RED BULL IS BACK! The X2014 Standard was the one I used the most, so it’s probably my favorite Red Bull although I did enjoy the blazing fast X1 cars. Glad we’re getting the E30 M3 and a few new up to date road cars, and we’re finally getting a new GT3 car for a change! Although I gotta say, there goes making replica liveries for the RC F GT3 Prototype that were used on the official one, because now we’re getting the official one!

I can’t wait to see the modern F1 style liveries on the Red Bull’s, especially the 2016-present Red Bull/Aston Martin Red Bull Racing F1 liveries. I’m probably gonna make those so yeah. Awesome!

The amount of Visible polygons is crazy, this looks like GT5 ..

I'm really looking forward to getting a go in the GTR GT500. I've wanted to drive that monster since Super GT debuted the 2.0T in 2014. If I'm not mistaken, the 2016 GT500s don't suffer from drag on the straights compared to the 2017 GT500s right?

I totally agree. I'd be so happy if one of these updates would let us just turn off that ridiculous fuel warning on the hud. It was TOTALLY fine when the game first released and then in one of the updates they changed it and made it so annoying. I wish they'd give us the option to turn it the heck off ugh.. I have a fuel gauge, i can see I'm low on fuel!! :mad:

The list of cars looks great, but i had hope for some gt300 cars like BRZ or Weds Celica or Amemiya rx7.

I have nothing against tsucuba, i remember that from gt4 to gt6 i was using tsucuba for test of slower cars but was hoping for the Motegi Complex.

In overall nice work PD 👍.

Group 2 confirmed baby! And now we have the proper RC F GT3 alongside the prototype version. I wish the RC F GT3 prototype wore the bare carbon like the description said it did rather than the Emil Frey livery. But whatever. Mostly I wanna check out the Red Bull Junior.

Both weigh 1200lbs/550kg but the Jr. is powered by a 4-cylinder boxer @~260HP while the Standard has a ~800HP V6 and, if I recall, significantly more aero. Neither has the fan of the original RBX.

The standard was one of my favorite cars to drive in GT6. It was just enough of a step down from the fan car that it was more exciting than stressful, at least for a TT junkie like me.

It should also be only a small tweak for PD. Just addeing a few notches. Cockpit mode in GT is always like sitting in the backseat while driving.

What I'd rather drive than "around Tsukuba":

* In London
* In Belgium
* The car from "The Fog"
* A 1997 Vauxhall Corsa with one missing front wheel
* Off a cliff
* A rusty, blunt nail in such a fashion that it attaches my testes to each other
I would choose Belgium but still love me some Tsukuba ;)
