Is the group 4 just buy the stock car and basically switch the seat with bucket seat and the roll cage in. Put some wing on the back of the car ? lol
Yeah, pretty much. Production based race cars. The M4 GT4 use the same engine and transmission as the road car. Throw on some slicks and it's ready to race. ;)

If you're bored, check out McLaren's website. The 570 Sprint is made on the same production line as the 570S GT4(I mean, it ain't like McLaren are making Toyota numbers of cars). Cool stuff.

Anyway, with the Sports 800 coming, should be interesting how it fairs verse the other N100 classics.

Hydroplaning around a wet track sounds like fun after all...If you're feeling generous PD, give me some mud while you're at it.
Probably, as long as your car won't get out of control. And I remember those FPS issues before when there is rain during a race. I hope it's not that apparent anymore, since it affects the driving experience.

Pretty excited about the rain coming to the game. Apparently, I am not the only one:

I like driving slowly in the rain, how about you?
I like driving slowly also but why is everyone is so pretty excited about rain for ?. I am not that excited to have rain is just one of those thing to have in a game, but getting excited about rain is a bit over the top I think.

Which matters in this fictional racing game becaauuuuse...?
With real life cars you got an realistic base to balance the BoP of, which is not the case for fictional cars. I don't know how the stats are done for those cars, but they are certainly not based on reality and for me hinder the immersion a bit.

is the X2019 a fan car??? I do want there to be a fancar in GT Sport but frankly, it's not a good car for racing. People could barely keep it on track in GT5 and GT6. Same with the tomahawk. They're literally too fast and unweildy

And if people want to drive fast cars, I wish more people would drive the F1 Merc. That car is SO MUCH FUN. I swear people don't drive it because when it first came out it was bad in low speed corners. They did updates to it that completely fixed that problem, and now it's a joy to drive.

More and more sign thst work going with gt7. Becouse we are getting smaller amount of vehicles than before. But if that means more work goes to gt7 its all fine by me

I hope this is true lol.

Why people insist that the next GT will be GT7, if GT Sport is actually GT7 but not called GT7. Next one should be GT8 if anything (or GT Sport 2, whatever)
Also, I'm confident most GT Sport content will be recycled and reused for the next one, cars at least, as they have very high detail

Because by any official means by PD, it is called GTSport, not GT7. Even PD themselves repeatedly stated such.

Well the devs won't have a good time if they remodeled all cars for next GT all over again, didn't they?

Its an industry standard if you havent notice yet, most of racing games did it. Plus your definition of "recycled and reused" isn't exactly "copy paste", but rather improve / remaster existing models out until it becomes better looking.

I'd much rather talk about GT Sport 2 than GT7 or GT8. GT Sport is for me a lot more fun than GT5 or GT6. Bye bye hover sounds!

We need some rain here in europe though :scared:

I'm curious to see how it works in GTS! And hopefully, Nordschleife has rain too!
Changing weather wont be in, right?

If you want to know which track would most likely be in GTSport, refer to GT6.

Willow Springs didn't have one in GT6 and certainly wont be in GTSport if alot of people here are correct. Fuji also didn't have one in GT6, although it's certainly unknown what will be in GTSport.

Pretty sure PD themselves said GT Sport is supposed to be GT7 but the name changed, long ago.
Not sure if you understood me, I'm actually up for reusing content instead of wasting time re-doing stuff again

Me, personally, I'd love PD to have the exact cars in that championship. As it is, we have more choices. Some questionable by many players(Replacing Bugatti for Bentley, in GT3 and Gr.4 and Gr.1, might have fixed that). However, we have a mix of everything, for players that love certain brands. PD have/are trying to have something for everyone.

Frankly, no it wouldn't. From what I've witnessed, it wouldn't have been enough and it'll never be enough.

If we don't get 2 or 3 NON Gr X race cars next update, im gonna have to start questioning PD's car choices cause holy ****.

You mean like you've been doing every update?

Except those fictional cars GR.3 and GR.4 cars, as explained in that video someone posted, are performance wise based on those rear world specifications for GT3 and GT4. Yes there is no real world counter part for many of them, but they balanced around real performance specifications.

As for some of them, You seriously don't see what they are based on? The Aston Martin GR.4 is basically the Vantage GT4 with a different Hood (For some reason), the GT-R GR.4 is essentially a modern version of the Production Class GT-R N24 Kaz drove at the 2012 Nürburgring and the Volkswagen Scirocco GR.4? Not the Nürburgring 24 Hour car we had in GT6, its literally just the Scirocco R-Cup car.

Pretty sure PD themselves said GT Sport is supposed to be GT7 but the name changed, long ago.

Kaz said it could've been called GT7, not that they were gonna call it that.

Kaz said that they had added so much to GTSport that they might have well called it GT7. That doesn't make it GT7. The next game will be GT7

Do we know for certain that Sardegna and rain conditions are arriving in this update? Seems there’s no official PR other than the car silhouettes.
