...all of you that didn't see rain in the video, check it again, you've missed something for sure...

So the X2019 uses a 3 liter V12? Any word on the power? When I heard it had a normally aspirated V12 I assumed between 3 and 4 liters but I was hoping it would be a 3.5 liter like the Formula Gran Turismo had.

Could you give us a timestamp? I'm really not seeing it, is it Willow Springs?

RedBull X2019 was when introduced in game? ...and we waited for how long to get it in actual game?

...see where I'm aiming at? Not saying we will wait for it, but as it seems either we will wait for rain to come, or it is in update but not teased...

Couldn't see any rain footage anywhere. But, as I've said before, shouldn't we wait until the 'Update Details' page goes live before assuming whether or not rain will appear in this update?

To everyone here compaining about the rain, just because its fan speculated to come out or you see it in a FIA GT sport event, doesnt mean it's coming out for it. At least not yet.
To be fair it was reported as such on this website. Although I doubted it when it was because there was nothing official.

If the rain wasn't coming this update, they should've warned us first
There was no indication or proof of this update featuring rain. Just because it featured at the FIA event doesn't mean it's coming in the very next update. For all we know, it could still be in a Developmental Stage, and showcasing it at FIA was a good way to get feedback from some of the top racers in the world. You can't blame PD for not delivering on something that was never confirmed to be coming in this update. If anything, you can only blame yourself (just generally speaking, not you) for assuming that rain was coming.

I was a little more vague than that. Here's the rain paragraph from Monday's article:
Possibly headlining the content though is a new wet weather condition mechanic. We’ve only seen this in action at the Red Bull Ring so far, so there are questions over how many tracks will get to experience rain — questions that this update will probably answer.
I originally had the title as less equivocal, but after publication toned it down (although I forgot to edit this thread's title, and for some weird reason social media only ever grabs the first title, category and featured image you give an article) because it was less equivocal.

Yeah I'm so hungry for content, any content that 5 cars and 5 track variations and usual slew of events is close enough.

It would be a 100% PD thing, to tease something and then not including it in the game for several months. We waited for X2019, we are still waiting for some of the (apparently) scanned cars. I won't be surprised if rain isn't coming next update

Altho i still really hope they'll include rain in 1.40

I'd say wait for the pachnotes because these trailers usually only feature the new content, which is cars and tracks.

I'm excited for the impending sheer amount of disappointment in this thread when it turns out rain was being tested (like the penalty zones) and isn't coming this update, but in a couple months time instead. Who knows, here's to hoping I'm wrong I guess

The thing that really gets me is that folks are aiming their frustration at GTP staff, which is unfair because it was never guaranteed that wet weather would be included in this update.

If rain isnt coming in this update for me there may as well be no update this month, couldnt care less about those cars and that track.
