That's not Apricot Hill, it's High Speed Ring.
No way, THIS is High Speed Ring, which looks like Fuji 80's.

You're right, it's not the Trajan Column but an obelisk, and there are a lot of them in Rome. Check this web; it has photographs of every obelisk in Rome. But if you compare them, it's not exactly like any of them:

Perhaps the illuminati can help. Anyone here a Freemason or a member of the secret order of the brotherhood? Anyone? :sly:

tried that site (got it from that other thread) and no cigar. there were ones that looked similar, but the locations were off as they were in built up areas, and at least 50% of rome night is a park or something, which this obelisk would be on the edge of... it would take a bit to work out the location because there is a **** load of them in rome, not all of them documented. the 3 points of focus in looking for this would be the obelisk, the park and the aquaduct/bridge/whatever-the-hell-it-is on the main straight/first bend. i might try racing it to find other clues. for now, i have to bath my 3 week old son....

I have faith somebody will figure it out. Rome Nite has to be in real life...I have faith.

It does exist, I think.
